We arrived with few expectations, but Michael and Debbie, the owners welcomed us like old friends. After one day we decided to cancel all our other plans to visit other places and stay here in Dingle. The room (Room 11) was wonderful and had a water view, as was the breakfast and staff! We ate several meals here and enjoyed every one. They guided us to all the best local places and we made many friends. We started out wanting to stay a few days, which turned into two weeks, and we still wanted more. We caution people to try to see too many places in Ireland. Instead, pick a place like Dingle and learn to love the peace, the joy, the music, and the great people! We loved Murphy's for giving us the very best vacation!! And there are 52 pubs to explore!

We cannot think of one thing to complain about, The weather was great even though we came expecting rain and cold, The food was wonderful everywhere we ate. The music was beyond anything we could have expected. The walks were awesome. And we did not drive anywhere! The bed was comfortable and there was a living room we could go to to watch Rugby and Hurling. We used local transportation and listened to the locals on how to travel along the Slead Head Drive for 2.50 Euros when everyone was paying a load of money to do tours. Stay put people and learn about the wonderful history here from the very friendly locals!

The location is right in the center of town, all within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. We ate dinner here too and the food was excellent, so was the service by staff. We loved this place! Music here too! The room was very comfortable plus we had a tremendous view of the bay. Staff was welcoming and very helpful too. Next time we’d stay 3 nights instead of 2 as there’s a lot to do and see here in Dingle!

I wished there was a little refrigerator in room for my meds but no problem as the staff stored them in their kitchen refrigerator. Everyone was so helpful, polite and kind. I appreciated that very much!

We were so pleasantly surprised by Murphy's B&B on our 9-day trip to Ireland that included many types of accommodations... Murphy's is welcoming, clean, recently renovated, quiet, very comfortable and so convenient for everything in Dingle. We absolutely loved our room, the super nice bathroom...nice tv and good wi-fi. But even better was the breakfast in the morning and the staff. Included parking which is a rarity in Dingle. We also enjoyed the Pub but the room far exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Murphy's!

Can't think of one thing!

The pub was in a great location. Breakfast was terrific with a lot of different options. It was surprisingly quiet. I appreciated having a common area because the room didn't allow for much relaxation outside of lying in bed and the wifi signal was really weak in the room but worked great in the common area.

The wifi was weak. The room was very hot even after turning off the radiator, and it was difficult to figure out how to open the window. But after opening the window the street noise was a bit loud.

Unbeatable location! Everyone is so friendly and although the outside gives that traditional Irish village-feel, the inside of the rooms is modern, comfortable, spacious, etc. Breakfast was great too! Close to perfection!

No complaints - only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are over a pub so the live music is loud and you will hear it loudly at night. Will only affect you if you are trying for an early night - otherwise you can go downstairs and enjoy it!

Busy pub with restaurant and rooms, opposite the Dingle harbour area (great location). Reserved, gated parking at the back of the property (its a bit rough and ready, and its on a hill). Rooms, and associated common areas recently renovated and it was spotless. Great cooked to order breakfast. Large, busy and friendly bar area.

Outwardly, the building didn't make a great impression - it looked dull and in need of a paint job. It undersold the property, facilities and atmosphere within.

I like a lot of things in this b&b. The room is very clean. A few mirrors in the room to accommodate several people dressing up at the same time. A selection of hot delicious breakfast made to order and a small buffet bar of pastry and juices. I had a booking changes and they were very helpful with making the change with booking.com. During the stay, all the staff were very friendly and kind. Convenient parking at the back of the b&b and the location is great. I also managed to have a good sleep during my stay and would stay here again.

Small details: Check in was in a the bar so it's a little confusing. Slightly lower security as back door and front door were unmanned and unlocked at some time of the day. In the shower area, there isn't any place to put our shampoo and shower gel bottles. Water pressure was inconsistent. The shower drainage wasn't as good so it tends to semi "flood" after the water ran for a while and the shower door doesn't close fully so water may spill out. No place to put any personal amenities at the sink area.

Nice room above the pub. Pub is very lively at night with good live music every night we were there. Breakfast was very good and staff were great, Location is great with easy access to lots of other pubs/restaurants and local shops

Car park was secure, but not great for a motorcycle as its loose gravel and on a slope, so on the 2nd night we parked in a nearby public car park. Not a major issue. The live music might bother some if you want a early night,

We were a little apprehensive about staying above the pub - but most of the rooms are located in a separate attached building so majority of the rooms were not directly above the bar/restaurant area. Rooms were comfortable and large for B&B standard in Ireland as was the bathroom and shower. Location was right in the middle of everything in Dingle City Center and secure off-street parking lot behind the Inn was very nice to have. Murphys Pub was perfect for dinner and drinks right downstairs!

Room décor was pretty bland - could just use a little color to brighten up the place

Brilliant location right on the Harbour and in the best part of town. As luck would have it, I nailed the top floor ocean front room. What a view. So close to the action but still very quiet considering all the people and pubs close by. Friendly staff and a really, really good breakfast. Lovely common room / guest lounge as well. Top notch experience. Dingle is a brilliant holiday spot. Everyone out for a great time.

Was hard to think of a negative, but I do recall feeling underwhelmed with my dinner - the Guinness stew. The 4 Euro soup at the supermarket tasted better to me.
