We checked in earlier than expected and were given the option for a different bedding style room if we were to check in early. We did and still were pleasantly surprised at this place. The location was perfect. Not far from the bus and train station and they had a bus stop quite near us as we were traveling to Dingle the next day. We ate at Finnegan's Bar and the bartender, Sean, made our day. For foreign visitors, he was the kind and funny Irishman we had imagined! There were restaurants and pubs close to this property which makes it great for a short stop or long stay!

The gentleman who checked us in was very efficient and gave us recommendations, but was a bit curt. I am sure it was that he was quite busy, as people had checked out later than expected and we were early. Overall, the place was lovely!

The location is great - very central, but on one of the quieter streets (between the big Brandon Hotel and the downtown area and opposite the church and a big garda - police - station); some privacy is afforded as you don't have to pass through reception each time you go in and out; the bed and room were comfortable with a kettle and adequate tea and coffee etc; good wifi; the heating (radiator) was great - just the flick of a switch (very user friendly); check out is 11...

The toilet seat and lid were broken - they wouldn't stay up - very annoying; the chair in the room is too heavy and gets in the way when you need to move between the bed and the table and window - a lighter chair with wheels would be a much better option...

Good, friendly service. Breakfasts offered a good choice, with good table service. Easy access to local facilities and transport- central, convenient accommodation. Room was serviced daily with clean towels. Communication with the owner prior to travel was helpful and timely.

This doesn’t apply- we were happy with everything. Even the weather was great for us!

The location is perfect, right next to the town centre, an assortment of bars and restaurants, and only a short walk to the train and bus stations. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Michael was a saint and really would do anything to give you the best experience. Would stay again and certainly recommend to others

Sliding bathroom doors an unusual but welcome choice, but the frosted glass in the door left little to the imagination…

Michael greeted us warmly like old friends (we had stayed there 8 days previously) and had already got our luggage out of storage before we even reached Reception as he had seen us on the CCTV. Breakfast was excellent.

Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful. Also it struck us as strange that it was partly designed as an accessible bathroom (extra rail next to the loo etc) but only had an over-bath shower. Not that we needed an accessible bathroom, so it was fine for us, but it just seemed quirky!

It was quite well equipped room with heating/soap/shampoo/TV/WaterKettle/CoffeeCups & Breakfast. Place is near to pubs and quite in centre. Really near to everything and food is available outside even at 11:30pm. For late checkin, free key pickup facility provided. Lively music in outside bars. Since all are near by, you dont need to think about drive while taking alcohol.

The room was big enough for me, with bathroom so it was great, the bd was very comfortable, the location is really good, very central, and there's many different options for breakfast to choose. Staff were very lovely, I'd repeat!

There were people outside their bedrooms late, speaking loud. I had to tell 2 or 3 different people/couples to lower their voice as it was later than 10pm. That's not the house's fault, obviously, but this happened

Reception / Welcome: Although, check in was only after 2 o'clock and we arrived earlier than that, they provided sufficient information, what we needed to do (call 10' earlier). We could put down our luggage and go to enjoy the city. The receptionist was friendly and offered all the answers we needed. Location: Close enough to tha train station, not in the city center, but close to - everything was in walking distance. Room: Asked for two beds - provided. Spatious enough for two people, who want to sleep there and clean. Also, during our whole stay, this was the only accommodation, where instead of the duvet we had the bed covers (it was hot durig our stay).

Room: Unfortunately, the lighting in the bathroom was movement activated, which meant that if we went in, the lights turned on and the ventilation and stopped later. So if one of us went out to the toilet, the lights and the noise woke the other up.

Great value. Room was very nice, nicer than I expected. Location is great if you want to explore Tralee or go to the pubs, right in the centre! Also great location for exploring Kerry not far from Dingle or Killarney national park and it's not as busy or expensive as Killarney itself! Would definitely recommend!

Parking could be better explained in the description so you are aware prior to arrival. It says to park in a car park where you can pay €3 for the full day but when we went in there we noticed signed that said no overnight parking. We were recommended to park elsewhere by the receptionist which was ideal but still had to pay for the previous car park after staying there for only a few mins.
