My room was so beautiful, quiet and comfortable. I loved the decor and the bed was absolutely divine. The bathroom floor had radiant heating and the towels were luxuriously thick, soft and absorbent. I didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't say anything about that, but it looked very inviting. Last but not least, the staff was top notch. Genuinely friendly, warm and helpful. Especially Diego and Susie. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and figure out what I was going to do in this strange city. I was alone on this trip so it was nice when they asked me how my day was going and listened when I told them about my adventures. Always very professional, yet warm and fun. A perfect balance. 5 Stars plus plus.!

The Dylan was perfect for our stay in Dublin. It is in a quiet neighborhood, convenient for walking anywhere in the central city, with a nearby bus stop if you're tired, and with easy access to innumerable shops and restaurants. Our room was small but well planned, the staff is warm, welcoming and unfailingly helpful, the hotel is immaculate and the bar and restaurant first class. We felt pampered throughout our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Lights and towel heater were not working in our bathroom but staff were apologetic, solicitious and would have moved us to another room if our stay had been longer.

Loved the design, style and ambience of the hotel. Unique and stylish. Great staff who were always helpful. Bed was comfy, had all we needed. Location was good. Very quiet area. Just 15-20 minute easy walk in to central Dublin

Room was a little noisy in the mornings. Our room was facing the front on the first floor (115) which meant it got quite noisy with staff emptying bins? Or general work below.

At check in, your staff went above and beyond to show us rooms that would work for our changing needs. This made a very positive first impression. Also, I needed something printed and it was immediately completed and brought to my room. All staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and polite.

The housekeeper removed my toothbrush from the glass on the counter, and placed my toothbrush on its side on the counter, which is something I don't think anyone wants to see happen. That's something that housekeeping should not touch.

We were two couples who couldn't have been more of a nuisance if we'd tried; asking the hotel for last-minute dinner & lunch reservations, blankets for the terrace, drinks-upon-drinks and luggage storage so we could eek out our final day. The staff at the Dylan - without exception - were always gracious, kind and accommodating and made our maiden visit to Dublin extra special. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a lovely neighbourhood, but it's the staff and the service that stood out for us & left a wonderful impression. We would all recommend The Dylan, it's restaurants and bars, its location, but mostly its people, in a heartbeat.

I looked the room, which was spacious, nice big window, nice seating and sleeping. I liked the area where I could set my suitcase and the dresser with drawers (good to hide my undies). The breakfast was great. We had the full Irish breakfast which was delicious. We also ate lunch at the bar which was great after a long flight. I particularly like that it was easy to walk to downtown. And it was super easy to get a taxi when we needed to

Everything!! From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left the staff were just delightful. They couldn't have been more helpful and thoughtful. They were a breath of fresh air. I didnt catch the managers name but she was super, so personable, efficient and kind. Just wow.. thank you all. The bar was great. Breakfast was delicious and the beds were super comfy. Would go back in the morning.

Perfect location for both the Aviva Stadium and walking into the city. The hotel itself is very stylish and our room was very comfortable ( a bit dark though).

I know that it was a rugby weekend but the service was shambolic at times. The staff were great and tried their best. However, the problems stemmed from poor leadership by the breakfast manager and the daytime bar/ restaurant manager who could not organise guests outside on the terrace to be serviced. What was worse was his unwillingness to even interact with guests. He just stayed by the till and averted his gaze from the messy service that was unfolding. Waiting 15 minutes for a coffee at breakfast wasnt great either.

We loved how clean and spacious was our room. Some of the members of staff were really helpful - especially Sanda who was truly amazing and extra kind towards my 4 year old daughter. We also really appreciated how any of our requests were listened to and reciprocated.

Breakfast was only available in set menu and the hotel was still sticking to COVID arrangements and didn’t have an open buffet. So all the pastries/breads or juices/coffees needed to be ordered and it was taking a while to get served.

Room was quite dark. one of the bulb’s didn’t work on the desk lamp. I found a half empty bottle of sprite which I brought down to reception as I wasn’t going to get charged for it. I wonder why there was only 2 orange juice in mini bar when we we a couple?? Breakfast for a5 Star was disappointing. I got poached eggs and bacon and had to ask for toast and butter. I feel the staff were just trainees. in saying that we all have to learn.
