Lovely spacious hotel with good lounging areas and bar as well as cafe food available and a good restaurant . Breakfast is very nice with lots of options . Staff are very helpful and accommodating as we asked for extra towels and a fridge for medication - it was all provided in advance . The windows open in the bedrooms and corridors which I prefer so the room was nice and cool . The hotel has an internal quadrangle which the rooms look into so it was protected from any traffic noise and was lovely and quiet . The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin with little supermarkets nearby to get provisions from .

I travelled with a group of friends and check-in was a little complicated due to sharing different rooms. The reception staff were great in sorting it out to everyone's satisfaction. The location is great - an easy walk to the heart of the city. We ate dinner in the restaurant and were all very happy with the quality of the meals.

We didn't have any air-conditioning in the room so had to leave windows open to let some air in but even with the windows open the evenings were quite stuffy. There were no toiletries provided - we deliberately didn't pack shampoo and conditioner assuming they would be supplied however there weren't any nor any tissues in the bathroom.

I liked the friendly staff, clean rooms and large bathroom.

The location was farther than I was expecting. Public transportation is available. The closest place to buy tickets for the unlimited visitor pass public transportation card is at the newspaper stand inside Connolly station which is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. The Cab ride from the airport was about 40 bucks. Cabs are everywhere at airport and by the hotel. You don’t need to book them ahead. The bus/shuttle stop between the hotel and airport is located across the River, unfortunately google maps has the wrong location on their app which shows it closer to this hotel than it really is.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Location was good. Receptionists kind of distant and impersonal. We didn't receive a warm welcome, as expected, when you travel a long distance and are very tired.

There was a fridge in the room and I put some goods in it. I realized it was not working and asked the cleaning ladies of our floor to take care of it. They promised to do so and when we returned they told me the problem was fixed but, as was proved, the fridge still didn't work and the milk I had stored in it turned sour.

Hotel was in good location. 15 minutes walk to Grafton street. Stayed for DCM and was only about 10 minutes walk to the start (a bit longer from the finish due to road closures) Hotel had car parking underground (at a cost). You have to wait for staff to open the gates to get in our out, this can take some time. Staff were all very friendly.

Rooms were extremely warm, with no way of adjusting the temperature. Shelves etc a little dusty. We had dinner on the first night and one of our group had to send their food back as it wasn't very warm - but staff were very eager to fix any issue

Check in easy and quick, friendly staff, room I was given was HUGE with everything I needed and clean, bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The bar had no problem giving me a glass of ice for my drink and looked lovely although I didn't drink there. Quiet and street noise was minimal in my room for a Saturday night. Would stay again.

The shower was nice and big but the bathroom felt a little bit clinical rather than a typical hotel bathroom, the room was very warm at times , I was looking for something in the morning and looked under the bed and there was a pair of shoes that weren't mine under there, 11 AM checkout is a bit early for a weekend and for the money 12 would definitely be better but this seems to be a problem with a lot of hotels lately.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were there to go to a concert in the 3Arena and we were able to walk there and back safely it only took about 15 minutes. There is a Centra almost next door which was very handy, Apache pizza and a pharmacy nearby also. Breakfast was really nice as well.

Only fault we found was that the beds roll away from the wall so when we were sitting on the bed watching the TV with our backs at the headrest which is attached to the wall, the bed mattress and base would roll away from the wall. Only minor! It wouldn't stop us staying there again!!

The location was perfect, just 15 min walking distance from the centre of Dublin. The hotel had nice offers, and we enjoyed the 3-course dinner at the Grain & Grill restaurant. The service was also very nice. All members of staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was fantastic and very comfortable.

We had a room facing the street and it was a bit loud due to the traffic. But other than that, everything was perfect.

I must commend the staff at the hotel for their outstanding hospitality and assistance. In my experience, Helen at reception went above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service. Her friendly demeanour and attentiveness greatly contributed to my overall positive experience.

I was awakened by the noise from the road. However, upon reflection, I understood that the traffic noise I encountered might have resulted from my failure to close the secondary glazing. This could have led to more noise entering my room, causing an increase in the volume of sound coming from the nearby road.
