The location was excellent. The room was very quiet and dark for sleeping. The air conditioning was essential, as the duvet was very warm. The coffee kiosk and space to sit in the lobby was appreciated. The contemporary lobby, restaurant, bar and patio on the main level were attractive and inviting. There is a map on the back of the room key to help you find your way back as the hotel is tucked away.

The bed, although comfortable, was surrounded by three walls making it difficult to get in and out of, as we are an older couple. We changed the direction that we slept. There were also only two pillows in the room, which is unusual these days. The space in the room was very limited so we adjusted furnishing to make room for our luggage. It was far too much trouble to put them into the drawers beneath the bed. Although, there was good air conditioning, the duvet is quite warm. Having the option of an upper sheet, would have been great. and would have lessened the need for the air conditioner. We needed some assistance with the electronic check in.

The hotel is in a great location. A 2 minute walk to The Stephen’s Green Centre, Grafton Street and a Luas stop. I was there to attend a conference in the RCSI and it is less than 2 minutes away. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel foyer is large and welcoming and has a cute horse box style Coffee Dock. Check in and out is so easy and the luggage room is a great idea. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection of food and all very nicely laid out. The hotel room was excellent with a large TV, kettle, fridge , iron and ironing board and a safe provided and a lovely bathroom with a fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable with a nice warm duvet. The room was cleaned every day and new towels were provided.

My only complaint is more to do with the Architect than the hotel itself. The windows are huge single panes of glass which are very aesthetically pleasing and make the room lovely and bright but there is no opening. It’s a personal thing but I always like to leave a small window open to leave fresh air into my bedroom at night.

Location was excellent. Food was excellent and great selection for Breakfast. The room was clean and the loved the seating and coffee dock in the Foyer.

I was disappointed at not having tea or coffee Facilities in the bedroom. I had paid €264 for 1 night stay and felt that I should have had that basic facility in the bedroom.

The hotel has a great feel to it, very relaxed and informal. Excellent restuarant and bar area as well. Excellent central location. The room I had booked turned out to be far too small for our visit (wedding so lots of clothes) but upgrading to a much larger room on the top floor was very simple with the added benifit of an upgrade offer.

Although the room was clean attention needs to be paid to areas where dust settles, phone, tv etc. The black ironing board had clearly not been wiped free of dust for a very long time. A minor issue and I'm sure housekeeping will rectify. There was a sound volume control in the bathroom but no instructions on what it was for or how to utlise it. I didn't get around to asking staff about it so my fault really.

The location was ideal and the staff were lovely as well. Hotel decor is great and it seemed like a good place to work remotely from if you were travelling for work.

The bathroom was so badly ventilated that I actually fainted at one point while in there. Despite having the ventilation/extractor turned up to its maximum setting the bathroom was extremely hot and claustrophobic. The lighting was also very intense which was probably a contributing factor too. It is a real shame about this issue because it would prevent me from staying at this property again but everything else was great.

Cosy Kingsize was adequate and very clean. However, even though I was alone in the room it was a little cramped for 3 nights, so this room may not suit a couple. Superb shower, but not much storage for clothes and no comfortable option to watch TV other than lying on bed! Oddly, I had to ask for a TV remote control and kettle, cups & tea/coffee/milk as none were in the room on check in but someone promptly brought these to the room on request. A lovely clean hotel in a great location - all staff very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get an opportunity to try the bar or evening food. I will probably book again for my next visit to Dublin, so long as I can get a bigger room at a good rate.

Overall breakfast was very good, but the cold meats, cheeses and fruit platter should really be covered and in a chiller unit to keep them fresh. Although it was January, on each morning there were a couple of flies hovering around these foods. I was surprised they weren't covered - I did mention this to the receptionist on departure. Car parking in the Q Car Park opposite is very expensive, so it'd be good if the hotel can negotiate cheaper discounted rates that €25 a night.

Self Check in was so quick and handy. Staff in the bar were lovely. Hotel was so central so close to bars snd restaurants including a multi storey carpark beside the hotel. Room was a great size, comfy and clean.

1.Before arriving we rang the hotel to inform them we would be later checking in and to ask would the carpark still be open.I was on the phone for 17 minutes before I put the phone down as it was never answered. 2.After settling in our room, we rang down to reception to ask for the WiFi password our call was never answered. 3.The complimentary bottles of water had been opened. 4. The window didn't open so we had to keep the air conditioning on all night which was quite noisy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff members, especially Korhan, went above and beyond to make my stay exceptionally comfortable. From the warm welcome to promptly addressing my request to adjust the heating, Korhan's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Ana, another staff member, also contributed to the positive experience with her kindness and friendliness. During check-out, she took the time to ensure everything was in order, attentively noted my feedback, and kindly inquired if there was anything else she could do to enhance my stay in the future. The hotel boasts a new and inviting atmosphere, complemented by an excellent location. The rooms are not only quiet but also impeccably clean. This experience has undoubtedly made me a repeat customer, and I eagerly anticipate returning to enhance my stay in the future. Highly recommended for a delightful and comfortable experience.

While my overall stay was enjoyable, I noticed the absence of Tea & Coffee Making equipment in the room, a feature I believe could enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the structure of the bathroom door made it challenging to keep it open. Providing the option to leave it open or closed at the guest's discretion would be appreciated. I also recommend placing a room service menu and details about hotel facilities on the room desk. This would empower guests to explore services independently. Thank you for considering these suggestions, and I look forward to the possibility of an even more delightful stay in the future.
