Amazing hotel! Bed very comfortable, excellent pillows (almost impossible to find good pillows in a hotel). Really enjoyed the added amenities of soap, body wash, shave kit, shower cap! The actual shower stall itself exceeded expectations! Providing different sizes towels and facecloths was fantastic and very hard to find in Europe . Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. And of course having air conditioning was such a bonus. None of our other hotels had this amenity and it was much needed .

Would have been convenient for the restaurant to offer meals other than breakfast for the nights you didn't want to go out to the pubs after a long day of touring around. The walls are a bit thin. Lots of creaking and pounding from the room next door at times.

The location is what makes this hotel. It’s in a perfect spot where we were able to set out in many directions for a different experience. The staff at the attached restaurant was very nice when we went in 20 minutes before closing and never made us feel rushed.

Our room had a couple of issues. The light around the mirror didn’t work as it was supposed to. Also, one of the bedside outlets didn’t work which led to us alternating charging for our phones. Not the end of the world, but minor inconveniences. Also, we found some of the reception staff to be curt and seemingly disinterested in being helpful.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Arthaus Hotel. We especially wish to commend the Manager of the Lounge, Zavi. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with him. We also wish to commend Kathy, service rep in the Lounge. She worked especially hard throughout our visit. No matter what time of day, morning or night, we knew we could find either Zavi or Kathy available in the Lounge. They should be commended for their exceptional customer servicing skills❣️

Neighborhood

The room was clean and very well equipped (nespresso machine, tea coffee, big tv etc.). The shower was big and with perfect water pression. The breakfast menu is very good. The location is perfect! .. right beside Grafton street but in a quiet street. On the last day as our flight was later in the day we could leave our bag in the hotel for a couple of hours.

All hotel informations are on the tv which is not explicit. The breakfast buffet was missing more fruits. The bathroom window is very tin and it could be a little cold. Hopefully the weather was nice.

This was our second stay at the Arthaus Hotel. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms are modern and clean. A coffee machine in the room is a bonus, as is the subsidised parking right next door to the hotel (St Stephens Green Q-Park). The central location is very convenient for exploring the city centre by foot. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

There is some noise from the street in rooms on the front side of the hotel but this is to be expected in a city centre location.

Let's start with the basics. The Arthaus is beautiful, stylish, fun art, impeccably clean in all common areas and room. My room was just beyond luxe, king size bed with butter sheets so comfy I had to force myself to get out of it. Logical sockets, usbs and lightning, beautiful room. The bathroom was epic, I'd kill to have that shower in my house. The towels huge, soft fluffy, amenities very high quality.Very convenient location for getting anywhere whether walking, bus, LUAS or DART. None of this glowing matters in comparison to the greatest asset they have, THE STAFF. I have never felt so taken care of at a hotel in my life. From mgr Monster, the kindest man with great advice and chats, to Luis at reception who saved my transportation woes in less than 5 minutes and has the best laugh and smile to the 2 girls Natalia and Damla who served my breakfast every morning always warm, efficient, but kind, remembering my preferences. Breakfast was included with many options and all cooked to perfection. These are the stars of this beautiful property.

Absolutely nothing I didn't like. Nothing

Been here a couple of times since it has been refurbished and enjoy the decor, value for money and its convenience. It has a smallish bar that isn't really good for anything other than a freshener before you go out or a nightcap. But you don't go to Dublin to spend.your time in the hotel and their cocktails are quite good.

Nothing really, wouldn't go back if I didn't like anything. This isn't a criticism of the hotel, but you weren't specific as to what we didn't like; Sam Smith was a bit weird.

From booking in at reception to check out and everything in between the staff and hotel exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Hope and her training manager Luis at reception when booking in, so welcoming and happy to deal with. to Cynthia and Damla at breakfast the next morning, so helpful and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and amazing but more importantly the staff elevate the hotel to another level.

I honestly can't think of anything to improve on, our stay was a joy from beginning to end and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and would also return in a heartbeat.

Exceptional hotel, from friendly welcoming staff to the beautiful interior, the perfect combination of contemporary modern and historic features. The room was superb, clean, facilities/fixtures were excellent we had a coffee machine, biscuits, water in the room, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large with an amazing shower. The decor in the rooms was beautiful, central location, came for my partners birthday and honestly cannot fault this place, if I was going to be picky I would say it would have been nice to have dressing gowns in the queen rooms but honestly I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Location was 100% as we was visiting the Gaiety Theatre less than a 5 minute walk away. Near shops, pubs, restaurants. Room wasn't over big, but had everything you needed, very clean, shower was perfect, we didn't have to take shower gel/shampoo/conditioner as it was all there, Bed was so so comfortable, had a great night sleep, even though the hotel is so close to all the night life, you didn't hear anything. Our room was ready early, so was allowed to check in early, very warm welcome by the man on front desk (sorry didn't get your name)

Night porter on front desk, didn't wake us up for our early morning alarm call, at 3.15am as we requested, as we needed to catch our plane back home. We double checked this with him before going to bed, he promised he would call us. BUT DIDN'T. Resulting us to miss our already booked and paid for coach to the Airport, so had to get a Taxi and ONLY JUST making it to the Airport with seconds to spare.
