A hotel of a high standard, with no complaints. We flew out early in the morning and it was a good choice to stay at this hotel. The shuttle bus to the airport, which left from the hotel every 20 minutes, was a great convenience. Another positive experience was the morning coffee that you could make in the lobby of the hotel, which at 3 o'clock in the morning is more than important. If you like to watch planes landing, there is something for you, and if you prefer to sit in the hotel bar, you can always order a pint of cold Guinness. In the bar they serve delicious fries.

The staff, the room, the location, perfect soundproofing, very nice dinner, complimentary water in the room. The room is expensive but worth it, dinner was great value for money.

The hot options at the breakfast buffet were rather cold (perhaps because I went down around 9.30), the scrambled eggs rather overdone and the potato# undercooked, only the sausage was good. But the juices, pastries, bread etc were excellent and the range of choice is fantastic. The coffee was good though the self-service coffeemakers are a bit slow and como,cátedra (Nespresso machines are much easier, I should have used the one in the room)!

The staff were incredibly nice and responsive. Our rooms were very clean, had great temperature control, and were very quiet. As it was the end of our visit to Ireland, we drove a rental car to the hotel the evening before departure. My husband was then able to return the car to the rental agency and take a free shuttle to the airport. The hotel was so close he walked back to the hotel. We had a lot of luggage, including a golf bag and used the hotel's shuttle service to go to the airport the next day. The shuttle runs regularly and the driver was very helpful. Shortest, easiest trip to the airport ever.

The WIFI was not secure, so we didn't feel comfortable using it. We booked two rooms, one superior and one standard. The bathroom in the standard room seems a bit overdue for an update although the water pressure and shower were the best we had in a hotel in Ireland. The towels were great and it was very clean. We had difficulty with the television in the standard room and a staff member had to show us the "trick" for using it. He mentioned it was a common issue. Printed, clear instructions would have been great.

-Room was really lovely, spacious and clean, and bed was comfy - good pillows and crisp linen -Breakfast was great, nice choices and appreciated the takeaway coffees and boxes for early starts -love the proximity to the airport, easy walk with light luggage but took the airport shuttle once too which was great -all staff encountered were really friendly, helpful and professional (reception staff, breakfast, shuttle driver, cleaning staff, everyone!)

Door slamming. This was guests of course but it started really early morning (being an airport hotel), a little message for guests to remember to be considerate to others wouldn't go amiss Pricey ... then again Dublin isn't cheap, but even so.

I have to commend the staffs at the hotel for EXCELLENT customer services. Every single staff delivered great service.. the receptionist, the driver of the shuttle bus, the staffs in the restaurant, you name it! I want to say a special thank you to Nicola for the complimentary upgrade when i complained about the bathroom of the room i was intially placed in on the 2nd floor. Nicola game me a complimemtary upgrade and the room was fantastic. Thank you also to Gentas the driver for going above and beyond to get me to the hotel and gym, and for being so friendly and kind.

The hotel should consider fitting in a small gym as currently, you have to go across the road to use the gym at a leisure centre.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to St Stephen’s green and to Grafton Street. Bus to the airport stops right outside the door. We paid $15 a day extra for parking and the parking is right in the building which often isn’t the case. The apartment had everything you might need - washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, microwave, little extras like chopping board and sharp knife, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, a coffee pod machine with pods. All excellent and spotless.

It’s quite warm. Not a big deal though. We just slept with a window open.

location was great for me, as I was travelling very early from the airport the next morning. really liked the dedicated shuttle service too and from the airport also. Room was a great size (much more than I needed really!) and was really clean.

I would have liked to have checked in much earlier; I think for a hotel at an airport this is something they could consider facilitating more if possible; I wasn't the only one who arrived very early and had to wait for a long while to check in! That and I felt that the price for one night was perhaps quite expensive

We were attending a funeral and arrived very late but your staff were friendly organised the only problem I found was we were told we could get a coffee from the bar we couldn't have stayed at other hotels where there is a takeaway station in reception. Yes we made one in the room but is not quite the same as a nice large coffee .Also buffet breakfast looked great but no porridge and it wasnt obvious where gluten free was .But they had plenty of fruit.

Nothing maybe an extra firm pillow in wardrobe as the bed was perfect but pillows quite soft

The room was terrific. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, modern, new, convenient for early morning flight, coffee and tea in the room, handy refrigerator, great shuttle service to the airport, and the room service burgers and fries were outstanding! Thank you for helping us end our holiday on such a positive note.

Pillows could be firmer, as the two basically collapsed into each other with no support. Perhaps offer one soft, one firm. The prices for food in the hotel were high - food was great though.

Right by Dublin Airport's terminal 2, this is a stylish hotel, very modern, bright and spacious for an airport hotel. Welcoming and friendly staff. My room was spotlessly clean with a big comfy bed. Great buffet breakfast and a good dinner with the option of the restaurant or bar food. Generally quiet despite the location.

No gym or fitness centre available. Options for walking/jogging are very limited given the location, so indoor facilities would be a good addition. Options for dinner could be better, particularly as there are so few alternatives near-by.
