Location near Hugh Lane Gallery and Rotunda Hospital, at the edge of Dublin City (North side of O’Connell St). Good location to explore the city. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Very nice bathroom with a good shower. Staff was kind.

There is no separate room for left luggage, everything was dropped in the lobby. That gives a very uncomfortable feeling, because everyone who passes there can grab your bags.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! Located in walking distance of practically everything, I never had to rent a taxi or bus. The central location is fantastic, and it’s tucked away in a quiet little corner where it’s not too loud and noisy from the city. The amenities are absolutely gorgeous and quaint and the price is awesome as well. The water pressure in the shower is a huge factor for me and it was great. I was able to access everything I needed and the staff was most friendly and helpful. Will definitely book here again when I come back!

My water stopped working at one point but it wasn’t a big deal and the staff fixed it immediately. There were some loud guests in the room next to me but they handled that as well.

Location is very good, bedrooms are comfortable. Design is very good and tastefully decorated. It seemed very popular with groups. It is adjacent to an historic area of the city and not to far to the tram stops and buses are right around the corner.

We sat down in the bar to have a nightcap. There were no prices on the menu - when we asked about this we were told the prices change all the time so there was no point reprinting menus. This made us feel uncomfortable about spending any time in the bar at the hotel. I would urge them to reconsider their procedure on this area of their hospitality offering. According to the consumers association of Ireland: In order to allow consumers compare prices and make informed decisions about their purchases, the legislation requires retailers to display the price of all goods on offer. The price shown must be the complete price, including VAT or any other charges or extras.

Large room for a European hotel. Appeared recently updated. Great lighting, multiple outlets, safe for valuables, coffee maker & daily restocked water, coffee pods, tea, and cookies. Elevator works with key access only. Pretty lobby and bar area. Lots of towels and towel heater in the very large bathroom. Big bathroom mirror with anti-fog section over the double sinks.

Biggest drawback: Very limited space for clothing. No drawers for clothes and only four hangers in the closet. We had to leave our clothes in our luggage or draped over the luggage rack. The shampoos, shower gel, and hand soap smells like root beer, which isn't offensive, just odd.

Excellent location in a very quiet neighbourhood. Temple Bar Quarter is just a 15 minutes walk away, lots of restaurants around the hotel, the Air Coach to and from the airport stops just a 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. The room was cozy, warm and very clean. Great sleep with very comfortable pillows, large bathroom with rain shower, great atmosphere in the hotel with Georgian decorations. All in all, superb value for money. I warmly recommend the hotel if you're planning to spend some time on a city Trip in Dublin.

Just a minor flaw, the ventilation duct was a bit loud at times. However, after a day of walking around in Dublin it could not keep me from falling asleep in the comfy bed of the room.

The location was great. Close enough to the town centre and far enough away to miss the traffic. Hotel was extremely clean and staff very helpful.

The only thing that was slightly annoying, there was works going on in the hotel and these started extremely early. We booked this hotel for a chilled break away and we were unable to sleep in due to the noise. We were not informed prior or upon arrival and had paid full price which was a little frustrating. There was also a burst pipe outside which caused the hotel to lose water. When we approached reception we were told we just had to wait it out and we then had to pay for bottled water at the bar which I think the hotel should have provided.

Central location near a lot of tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, hospitals etc. Like most city centres you need to careful at night. I got street parking across the road from the hotel at the weekend. Comfortable bed and a nice room. Breakfast was superb and included in my rate which was great value for money in Dublin. Nice bar and dining room on the ground floor. Complimentary water, tea & coffee facilities in the room. Overall a good experience.

The shower wet the bathroom.flloor as the screen was only a half screen.

The location of the hotel was very good. Only a 15 minute walk to the river and all the attractions. The bar area was a nice calm place to enjoy drinks after a long day of touring Dublin. The room was clean the beds were comfortable.

We had 3 rooms in our party 1 had air conditioning and 2 didn't. The hotel advertised AC so it should have been available in all rooms. The windows only opened a little bit and didn't let in much air. The breakfast wasn't fantastic so we only had it one day but there are a variety of little coffee shops just down the block that had delicious and cheaper breakfast options anyway.

The hotel was about 15-20 minutes from the main centre of Dublin so not too far away but close enough to be able to walk to. The staff were friendly.

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights. On our last night we thought we would skip the long walk home and just have a few drinks in the hotel bar. On arrival we were told they were doing a staff training evening so we could not sit in the bar but could bring drinks to the room. Not exactly what I had in mind for the last night of my birthday break
