We have been bowled over by the customer service at this beautifully located beachfront hotel. We took 6 rooms for a family celebration. The staff could not do too much to help us. They treated us like their most important guests. Any problem was immediately dealt with and they cheerfully accommodated our allergies, requests and changes. We honestly felt we experienced the most helpful customer service we have come across in Israel. Special thanks to Moshe, Maggie, Meital and Shoshi, Yoss on reception, Tomer on security and concierge. They made us feel welcome all week. The rooms are a good size and most with beautiful views of the beach. The food at breakfast has more than everything you might want. We also arranged a private Shabbat dinner for 40 people just before our daughters wedding. It exceeded all our expectations and was just perfect. Elan, the head chef, and Maggie on bookings went the extra mile to ensure that it should be an evening just as we wanted it. They made it easy for us and all our guests thought it a most special evening with great food. The Daniel has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I honestly can say that it is the best customer service we have experienced.

We had the most amazing time at the Daniel Hotel. The staff were wonderful and the manager was amazing! The room was very spacious and luxurious - very comfortable beds and wonderful sea view balcony. The hotel boasts a beautiful reception area and lounge, and the dining room was very comfortable with a fabulous sea view. The breakfast was fantastic - great variety, very tasty and very nicely presented. The luxurious outside pool was another highlight for us, including the sun beds overlooking the sea. It was great to be able to walk straight from the pool down the private stairs onto the beach! We only visited for one day (over our anniversary) but we had such a wonderful time that we returned refreshed both body and soul, and we would definitely love to come back again!

The breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean it had a great bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The room was kept clean and all the staff were helpful and charming..especially the front desk. Also the service was unexpectedly efficient.

The swimming pool and gardens needed some attention. The chairs were grubby and uncomfortable. The towels provided by the pool were not very nice. Would have been nice to have bathrobes in my room, considering it was a 'club' room.

We went for one night over the weekend preceding Passover. The hotel was full and yet everything went smoothly - from check-in to check-out. Our room was bright and clean, with a wonderful view of the city, all the way to the mountains of the Shomron. ( I didn't pay extra for the sea view rooms). The meals were delicious, plentiful and varied. In the dining room, we had a table with a sea view and were able to enjoy that while eating our breakfast. The hotel is situated right on the beach and we had a lovely walk on the beach in the afternoon. I watched the sun set over the sea from the comfort of the lobby.

The Friday night meal was exceptionally good, both the variety and the quality of the food. One of the best hotel meals that we have had and we still talk about it .

Unfortunately there was a design flaw in the bathroom and the water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor. There was also no hair dryer in the room which we only discovered just before Shabbat - too late to do anything about it, and no sign to hang on the door asking not to be disturbed.

The hotel was clean and the staff were always on hand and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. We honestly couldn't find any faults.

We had an overnight flight which meant that we arrived at the hotel earlier than the 15.00 check in. We advised the hotel of this in advance but were still not able to get in to our room until 14.00. We were both hot and tired and felt that more of an effort could have been made by the hotel.

I ordered a beach view from the balcony, got a huge building that blocked most of the view. Made a complaint to management they gifted us 2 additional stay hours. Parking is problematic as the hotel doesn’t have any and the rest need to pay a fee.

Some of the areas do look a little tired. staff although happy to help are not always the best informed on local information - eg needed to park at railway station - if I had known how difficult it was to park I would not have wasted the trip in the car but have got the taxi we eventually did get.

Staff in lobby lounge did not serve us well bad communication, uncomfortable, even the manager avoided us. We are not difficult or demanding guests in most situations, but this lobby service was broken. Our patio deck was dirty with cigarette butts and the furniture was not clean.

there weren’t enough light in the room and we couldn’t connect to the TV. also there weren’t parking in the hotel and we needed to pay a lot of money for parking and looking for one.
