Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, warm welcome, thoughtful once we let them know it was our anniversary. The room and the attention we received was perfect. North tower excellent view from balcony. Very spacious and relaxing room.

The rooftop pool is beautifully located but the size of the pool and area is too small for the amount of guests and families especially during the summer. It was too chaotic to enjoy. We booked dinner at the hotel restaurant, even though we booked ahead requesting a specific table and arrived early as agreed, we found that the table was already assigned to other guests. Very disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. I was given an upgraded room overlooking the marina which was comfortably spacious with a stunning view. Reception & reservation couldn’t have been more helpful. Won’t hesitate to recommend and stay again.

Whilst the room was clean, housekeeping could have been a tad more attentive when replenishing the coffee capsules &, the shower gels.

Everything except the Shabbat breakfast.

If you are going to spend Friday night there, please take into consideration that you are forced to eat kosher Sabbath breakfast which is HORRIBLE. Even the coffee is undrinkable.

The emphasis of this hotel is a service. It was extraordinary! Detailed and very professional. The views are charming to the Mediterranean Sea, the sound of the waves and the heavy loaded Marina are wonderful. The hotel is quite new, the SPA services were very well, clean and the Swedish massage was very relaxing. We spent 2 nights at this hotel, and tried the pool and the SPA, together with the local Kosher Restourant. Everything was great! Chocolates in the room and expensive soaps, free bottled water.

It took as 30 minutes to get the hotel parking, the entrance to the hotel is very small and located in the back of the main road, very easy to miss. We tried two underground parking locations and every time it was wrong, we’ve been given wrong directions by the local guards. Then we simply stopped at the front of the small road entrance to the hotel and parked our car on the pavement, hotel street parking was blocked with plastic tubes. Then we’ve checked in, the entrance to this hotel is labyrinth like from all entrances, it was not easy! Once we’ve checked in, the next day, there were some maintenance works done on the floor, and it was really bad smoking smell (which I asked specifically to get a non smoking room). I of course mentioned it to the receptionist and it was taken care of.

Excellent food- interesting, perfectly executed. The room was spacious and well stocked. Luxurious European feel to the hotel. Spa was fantastic and the staff all around were really nice.

I would expect black out curtains in the room but they were just regular thick curtains and the hallways were very hot.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. This is clearly a focus of the hotel and it shows. A special mention goes to Daria at Reception who did all she could to make our stay enjoyable.

The location, the view, late checkout

Small pool I did not like that we had to wait around 1 hour to check in (knowing that we have a baby) When we said we need to feed the baby they found us another room on the other side (204) instead of (208) which was smaller and had a street view ( not what we booked) however they said that the room is exactly the same!!! Then we asked to change it Another thing, i had a special request, our visit was a birthday surprise for my husband and I informed earlier! They told me they prepared something in the room but there was nothing

great location and view above the marina

rooms are a bit small for a Ritz Carlton, reminded us more of a nice Marriott hotel as opposed to a ritz.
