The room had an outstanding view of the beach. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of dishes to choose from.

The bathrooms available to our guest closed at 7:00 pm which was a problem as they had to use the bathroom in our room. Also the pool closed at 7:00 pm... should have remained open until at least 10 pm.

Cleanliness size and position of room excellent. Beautiful hotel.However complained that in bathroom sink blockage was not fixed. Also bathroom door did not close. Excellent breakfast choice and service.

Basic tea and biscuits offered FREE was meagre considering standard of hotel. Lack of food outlet for guests wishing to have meal on the premises …lunchtime and/or evening snack.

The room had several trouble on the first date, like - we didn't have hairdryer, though we could get from front desk later - we had trouble to close the door between toilet and bedroom, though they fixed quickly within the day - we asked twin bed but double size bed, even though they fixed within the day - we had a trouble to open the window, even though they fixed it within the day

It was a pleasant stay, first night was a bit disturbing since the bathroom door was locked and the heating system was off or out of service, but the staff had to make sure to deal with the issue and the second night they made an upgrade for a bigger room with sea view without any additional charge.

The breakfast was abit poor

The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The beach is literally behind the hotel, which was really convenient.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed for renovations. We were not told this on Booking.com or in any receipts or emails. We only found out when we got there. These issues should be clearly communicated.

We had an amazing room with beautiful views to the sea. The room and the complex can do with a bit of an upkeep, but overall, the stay was great. There is no room service, nor any eating facilities other than for breakfast. We love the intimacy of not being overwhelmed in a big lobby with too many people.

The place can do with a better cleaning staff. they do the bear minimum, which is a shame as the place is great, and they allow it to get run down.

Hotel is beautiful. Modern. Fabulous architecture and views breakfast was terrific. Wait staff excellent Front office staff particularly helpful. Leon, Maia and Limor were terrific!

The cleanliness of our room. 😔. The sliding door gutters were dirty and the carpet was very dusty. But still a beautiful room.

Hotel Okeanos in Herzeliya was the right choice for me and my daughter! Beautiful room with a panoramic view of 180° was an amazing extra to our stay. We loved the included breakfasts every morning which were extraordinary fest of Israeli cuisine but also offered suppers for every taste. All the staff was so polite and professional, especially Mr. Adi at the reception desk. Thank you. We will come again for sure.

Everything was amazing ! The staff was very very attentive, the room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the sea! Breakfast was delicious! The common area next to the reception always equipped with tea and cakes af any time ! The beach is right in front of the hotel and the pool is lovely !
