Breakfast and Shabbat dinner were great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was OK, especially the little present from the staff - a bottle of red dry wine and sweets. We have chosen this hotel because it is situated in 10 minutes from the Theatre of Jerusalem. The bus stop from and to Railway Station Itshak Navon is in two hundred meters . The area is quiet and beautiful. We did not take breakfast. The staff is just wonderful. The room is warm. Thank you

We have stayed at Prima Royale several times and we always enjoy the hotel. It is near to the old part of the city and is very convenient. We had nice comfortable rooms next to each other . Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived on the first night of Pesach (Passover)and everything was very well set out for our seder meal. We enjoyed all our meals and we found everything very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the music at breakfast from the pianist.

We would have liked to have stayed on a lower floor.

The hotel is on a great location, in a Jewish part of town, 10 minutes away from old town, which is extremely good for everyday walks. The breakfast was correct, because it was kosher type of breakfast, despite hotel being visited by people all across world, who belong to other religions. The staff was extremely kind and they were always trying to make our stay better and more pleasant. Thanks to kind miss Tali, we found out a lot of things that we didn't know earlier about this place and country.

The hotel is older and requires a serious reconstruction and renewal of furniture because everything looks old and worn out.

A really lovely and reasonably priced hotel. The room was very nice and served its purpose. The staff were accommodating and friendly which is always nice. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing !! The breakfast was also delicious, with lots of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to jerusalem.

The walls are a little thin but this only affected us once, overall not a big problem.

The housekeeping staff were a bit noisy in the hallway and awakened me. The rooms are a bit dated.

Staff were fabulous. Yousef and Samir at breakfast and dinner were delightful. Greeted us so warmly every day. Adi in guest services was amazing. This lady is an asset to the hotel. Genuine, warm and so caring. Looked for us every day, to make sure we were ok, and gave advice on trips. Thankyou Adi, you made our stay at the hotel very memorable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great choice of food. About a 10 minute walk to the Mamilla Mall.

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, especially Adi who greets and engages with all guests. Great breakfasts with lots to choose from. Housekeeping staff is very friendly and services rooms with a smile. I was at this hotel over the Jewish New Year celebration during which time the staff went out of their way preparing meals for hungry guests.

There is nothing not to like about this charming hotel.

The hotel staff gave excellent service and made you feel at home. They greet us with wine, fruits and chocolates in our room and treated us for dinner for one night. Breakfast was great and we received it as a bonus for our stay. We received information regarding places to visit ,can indicate names of private tours and any information requested. They also help you book a shuttle bus to the airport in Telaviv. It was excellent , we had a wonderful stay.
