Very friendly staff. We had a problem with the light on the second floor and despite being sabbtah they solved it quickly while we were having breakfast. The area is quiet but pleasant and is well connected. They helped us with the return to the airport.

The bathroom is a bit small. The breakfast does not have a great variety but there are not many hotels in Jerusalem that offer it, so it is greatly appreciated

Excellent two-room suite for our family of 4, each room with an ensuite bathroom. Quiet residential area about 25 mins walk to the old city.

Hotel is located in a residential area of Jerusalem with narrow alleys, charming and quiet but very hard to find as the hotel looks like one of the houses in German Colony, and without a big hotel sign and the check-in instructions do not include detailed directions. No parking at the premise, so we had to go around the area to find street parking.

Very close to the old city, nice location. Very clean & helpful staff. Can definitely recommend a stay here

Breakfast is exellent. Coffe, tost, water, tea, cereal for breakfast,chocolate spread for kids. German quarter where the hotel is located is the best. On front is good restorant, fast food and shops. Near hotel is bus station. Staf is the best. We had concat on whats app. Staff is frendly and it is very quiet during the night. Aircondition work and wiff is good.

Room is old. Maybe remove the carpet and bed.

Location is only 20min walk to old Town. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. We also got free breakfast. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The family room was spacious with 2 bathroom. It is a great deal!

One bathroom needs some updating but didn't bother us. The walls are thin and could hear the theater next door but I think that's because it's an old building. It was fine with us. We were so busy sightseeing.

The staff and made this place great! They were so personable and helpful with everything you need, and problem you have. Location is perfect. Next to bus line, near bank machine, markets and restaurants. Old Town Jerusalem is a 20 min walk or 6 min bus ride. Free parking is a block away.

Be careful of parking on the same street as the hotel. Even for 10 min to drop off luggage and check in! You will get a ticket! 100 shekels.

The staff were amazing! Yousef and Linda were so friendly and extremely helpful. it was a pleasure to meet them and chat with them regularly. They assisted us with a smile and genuine interest, with everything and anything we needed. Nothing was any trouble to them - including helping us to arrange to stay a few nights longer. Thank you! Free tea, coffee and biscuits in a lovely communal room was a nice bonus, but the warmth of the staff and welcome was the best.

The hotel is very cozy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was really helpful, helped us find a place to eat. Breakfast was nice too.

The room could've been a bit bigger. It was difficult to find sockets to charge our phones, we ended up unplugging the TV so we could us the socket to charge the phone.

The Colony is in a nice residential area a few minutes walk from a selection of restaurants. There is public transportation, a nice walk to the Old City and it is very close to where I meet people for my activity. The staff (owners?) are very nice and easy to communicate with. I enjoy the breakfast as well.

It is fine for me. I would be concerned for anybody with significant walking disability to go up the stairs.

Very good location, close to the Old City, free parking close to the hotel, excellent bus connection to the center and to the sightseeing places (every 5 minutes), many cafes and restaurants, quality WiFi. And up to that very nice owners ready to help with everything with a smile.
