As someone who is deeply involved in Travel and Tourism and as an individual who experienced many hotel properties , I allow myself to rate Prima hotel amongst one of the better hotels we stayed in. The location of the hotel, in spite of the fact that it’s a “suburban” style town is excellent, The hotel is adjacent to a bustling mall, steps close to the “light train” shortening the ride to center of Tel Aviv and beach for a few minutes. The rooms are accommodating, spacious , clean and very comfortable. From reception till check out the hotel facilities and staff responded all our expectations. The meals , breakfast, lunch / dinner were very good, with variety of tastes and high quality. The Israeli buffet breakfast got its full identification and the true justification, to say the least. The roof pool area is impressive, with a beautiful view and adds a very nice add-on to the anyway beautiful hotel.. the service of the staff was impacable, personal , professional and very attentive.

Very convenient to the hospital complex across the street where I often attend early am lectures (so come night before) Excellent rooms spacious clean Nespresso coffee machines incredibly comfortable beds great showers fridge in room Very very friendly helpful staff from the top down. Manager to the waiters and housekeepers very friendly and helpful . Quite good breakfast. Nearby mall with elevator connecting to the hotel for the missus to wander around while I am in class. Parking in the mall. Excellent lounge on 18 alas currently closed due to the war here. Light rail to Tel Aviv across the street.

Nothing to dislike in our experience.

We're do I start? Very friendly staff, very professional, and quick check in. We have also received complimentary breakfasts for our stay, which was really nice. The room is huge, offers all mod cons and with exceptional views on the tel aviv skyline. Very kleen and the shower was among the best I have experienced in a hotel. Breakfast - excellent. Business lounge - among the very best I have ever entered, even compared to the 5 stars plus hotels. The location of the hotel is very good, centrally located and just outside is a huge shopping mall where you can get just about anything you might need. I give it a 5 plus, and definitely, I will be back!

Really can't think of anything needed to improve

When I needed something, the staff was immediately available and super helpful - but otherwise I did not even notice them (positive) as they were not constantly in "my face" - excellent staff! The Hotel is great, super Business location - top Executive Lounge/Business Club - 10/10. Price - Performance Ratio is top as well.

Mattress was too hard and pillows not so comfortable - but probably my own mistake. The Hotel has a Pillow Menu (like a Room Menu, the have a Pillow Menu) which I did not use - but the pillows provided by standard, where not comfortable.

I love this hotel! The rooms were very clean and up-to-date, the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast had quite a variety as well as personalized omlets, everything was delicious. There is a workdesk should you need to work and the internet connection was good as well (No disconnecttions at all). The hotel is located in a great central location. There is a huge mall with plenty of stores and restaurants. Outside the mall there is a beautiful park with plenty of games and different apparatus for the kids. In addition it has a central bus station and soon to have train station nearby. Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable, as I stated previously we loved staying here and will again when we come back to Israel.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The stuff was super nice and very friendly. They offered us extra service that wasn’t included in the price like a light dinner in the lounge on the last floor and also the breakfast (we didn’t stay for the breakfast so I don’t know how it was but the light dinner was very good). Our room was on one of the last floors and the view was very nice by night. There is also a small pool on the last floor. The location is very strategic too because you’re relatively close to Tel Aviv and to the Ben Gurion airport (you need a car to get to both). Also there is a huge mall just 5 min walking. We will definitely come back in this hotel if we need to stay in Tel Aviv area.

At my request I was given a quiet room. It was quite large especially for Israel with full amenities including great bed, TV, work desk, , coffee maker, large bathroom with deep tub, safe etc. Included in the price was access to a great gym Holmes Place. I also was given access to the business lounge open in evening with food and drinks. As it was shabat rather than a regular 12 pm checkout on Saturday I was given until 7 pm at no extra charge

Nothing major. I felt that perhaps the breakfast buffet could have been included in the price but it was only 50 shekels which is much less than Tel Aviv hotels.

The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming, anything i asked for was delivered as soon as possible, anything i needed was taken care of im lost for words. The rooms were super clean everything was clean but most importantly i would like to thank the staff for doing their job with pleasure and a smile on their face, that we cannot take for granted.

The pool was excellent, and so was our room (we weren even upgraded to the sweet after the air conditioner in our original room didn't work). The staff was also super nice and handled quickly and professionally with the air conditioner issue and even offered us some free cocktails as a compensation for the unpleasant incident with the air conditioner.

One of the main reasons we came was due to the vegan friendly badge of the hotel. While it was nice that there were numerous options in the hotel (we had breakfast in it), we think there still weren't enough options. This was also due to the fact that it was a Saturday morning breakfast, and from what we were been told the options were limited on Saturdays. A bit disappointing. Another disappointing and upsetting issue was the fact that there was no bar in the pool. We had to go outside the hotel and buy beer and snacks. It's not clear why the hotel isn't operating a bar in the pool, a service, which in my opinion, should be obvious.
