We liked everything about this property. Very inviting upon entering, staff are friendly in all areas, not just the front desk. Hallways and rooms are updated, clean, and have modern conveniences such as USB plug ins for chargers, small reading lights on each side of the bed headboard, luggage holder also has drawers underneath, decent sized closet with ironing board and iron which I happen to need for this trip, small fridge and coffee maker, maybe a separate kettle would have been nice but not necessary, beds were comfortable, all furniture is modern, a/c worked great and not too noisy. Beautiful view from the top floor of mountains and the 18th hole of the golf course, we enjoyed watching the final T-off and putts. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, a great size for being indoors.

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. There was a hockey tournament going on so it was a bit hectic at times. But still ok.

Need more places to hang the towels in the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were a bit lumpy. The bathroom fan was hard to turn off. A safe in the room would be nice. At this price point, thought perhaps there would be a safe in the room.All in all we had a great stay and we’re comfortable. Nice to have eating places close and the market store close.

We loved the location! The beds were comfy and the rooms offered lots of space to relax and get ready. The breakfast was also excellent.

I have two very tiny pieces of feedback, but I wouldn't consider these complaints at all. 1) The first night we ran out of hot water (was still warm, just not getting hot) 2) Once you enter the doors leaving the lobby to the rooms, it felt like a freezer. Our rooms temperature was completely fine but this area was so cold. Probably nice during summer heatwaves but way too cold now. XD

The hotel has been under renovations for over a year now, it's nearing completion and looking amazing. The breakfast bar is amazing.

There was whole sheets of wallpaper missing from inside the bathroom in our room, not a huge fan of that, but I am an interior finisher in construction so that stuff bothers me. Also the pictures on the booking profile did not accurately represent the room I was given, more photos would be good. The pics had me expecting a room with a walk in shower, this was not what I got.

The room was very comfortable and well laid out. Furnishings were very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the variety of softness and plumpness of the pillows was very refreshing. I prefer a little flatter pillow and there was one. We went down for breakfast in the morning, which had a very nice selection, hot and cold. The bathroom was very roomy and loved the large walk in shower. All the staff that we came in contact with were smiling, friendly and very accomodating. Water slide was a huge hit with our little great nephews.

I know there are renovations happening right now off the lobby so it was a bit noisy down there.

Great pool and slide for the kids, great location to Wineries and food! And golf!

How they didnt accommodate breakfast, if you have 100 people staying you need to feed 100 people, not bring out a serving of 5 eggs (one person would take the whole thing!!) Especially families rely on that breakfast into the schedule of thier day. Of you don't have enough food then just say that! Then family can make other arrangements rather than feed thier kids cake for breakfast (pastries were like the only thing that didn't constantly run out!). They couldn't even keep up with the coffee!! I understand staff shortages everywhere, but then say that!

The room size was great and the beds super comfy. Everything in the hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast food items were continually replenished so you didn't miss out. Location to a variety of food outlets were within walking distance with the best place being the Golf Club across the road being exceptional.

We missed toast at breakfast. Find other breakfast options too sweet.

Breakfast was good, as we expected. Location was fantastic, very convenient to walk over to Two Eagles Golf Course, the Irish Pub or Tim Horton’s right across the parking lot! We had a family gathering to attend in West Kelowna, and there were also other family members staying at this Best Western.

We had a problem with the heater not working when we first got checked in. After 45 minutes or so it was all fixed and the rest of our stay was great!

Staff were so friendly. They always said welcome back when you returned to the hotel. I thought that it was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym was very good and had lots of equipment and weights. Didn't have a chance to use the pool but it seemed very popular. Breakfast was good but was often delayed in being refilled.

The variety of food & drinks, especially to be able to make fresh waffles with the waffle machine.

No fresh fruits, since hotel is in Kelowna where there are abundance of fruits in the summer. Also the fridge in the room should include a freezer section in order to freeze my ice packs which I need to use to bring the fresh fruit back home in my car.
