Brilliant staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely and clean. Excellent bedroom, spacious, modern, clean. Shuttle bus facility to and from the airport was brilliant. It can be booked at reception and will cost 6 euros per person, which will be charged to your room. If you require the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when you first arrive at the airport, make your way out of exit 4 and make your way to the traffic island which is situated in between the two carriageways. Walk to the furthest point (Right) where you will see a shuttle bus stop sign with the hotel name written on it. Wait there for the shuttle which runs about every 30 mins. For the exact timings, Google search will tell you or contact the hotel direct by email and they will tell you.

The hotel is in the middle of a housing estate, so there is nothing to see or walk to. Because of this, you are very limited to where you will eat. The hotel restaurant is really nice. Lovely food and very friendly staff but it is quite expensive. We had two starters, two mains, one salad, two beers and one spirit which came to 100 euros. There is a restaurant about 30m away called La Lacanda. It doesn't open every evening. We ate there once. Very pleasant and food was good although not to the higher standard of the hotel. That said, we had a similar meal and drinks but it was around 35 euros cheaper. Clearly your budget will dictate your restaurants but both are very acceptable.

Reception was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The attractive on-site restaurant and bar served good food and drinks that were reasonably priced. There is a lovely pool and garden. The hotel is close to Ostia Antica.

The hotel is not very close to the airport. We used the hotel’s airport shuttle to get to the hotel. The 6 Euro per person charge seemed reasonable but it took us almost an hour to get to the hotel because the shuttle was delayed leaving the airport and it first had to drop off several passengers at another hotel quite distant from our hotel. When we checked out of the hotel it was early in the morning, before the shuttle was running, so we had to take a taxi. The fare was 38 Euros for the 10 minute drive to the airport.

The hotel itself is excellent, good rooms, good bathroom, lots of space for luggage, very comfortable, and the staff were really great, they spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel genuinely is accessible, no steps at all and a good modern elevator.

For an airport hotel it's a long way from the airport, and the shuttle runs infrequently and not at all in the very early morning. I had to wait a long time at the airport for the shuttle, and then I had to get a taxi in the morning -- which the hotel ordered for me, but which cost me an extra 30 euros. The more expensive hotel nearer the airport would have been cheaper in the end.

The hotel has a resort-like feel, with a pool and plenty of quaint seating spaces. The dining room is gorgeous at night with seating indoors or outside. Meal prices are reasonable. Breakfast is included in room price. We only had time to stay 1 night, but it sure helped us relax after a busy couple weeks and before the long flight home.

I thought the airport shuttle was included in price. It was an additional 14 euro each way for 2 people.

We chose this hotel because of the location to the airport and price. We selected the cheapest room available since we were only staying one night. The room was very clean but basic. I expected that. But WOW! The lobby, grounds and the restaurant are wonderful. Beautiful well maintained courtyard and lovely gardens. Crystal clear pool. The restaurant was lovely with lots of ambience. White tablecloths and romantic lighting. We had lunch & dinner. Food was excellent and very reasonable. Overall, the best meal we had in Rome. No wonder you had to make reservations. The breakfast was amazing. They had a barista making coffee to order and lots of food choices. I'm in real estate management in the States, so it is hard to impress me. The check in was efficient and the staff was very helpful. Booked our shuttle, which was on time and made restaurant reservations for us. Had our room ready early with no hassle.

Like I said, the room was very basic. You get what you pay for. Next time I'm going for the room that overlooks the courtyard and has a veranda. Not sure if the room itself is an upgrade, but the view and peaceful atmosphere would be worth it.

I usually stay at the Hilton at the airport, for the convenience factor - but for a 10 min drive this is a much better stay for us. A free upgrade was a lovely bonus! The ambience on arrival is gorgeous. All meals can be handled onsite. Sitting by the pool in the evening, swims in the morning and the playground for my son are a big bonus. The option for very late checkout is super helpful for flights. Having a lovely garden makes it feel like a holiday, even when it's a practical stay for my travel needs. We will be staying here from now on :)

Staff were superb, food outstanding, grounds beautiful, and hotel facilities clean and contemporary. I want to especially commend the following staff at the hotel, Claire at the front desk was so gracious and helpful, Giulia M. was so very concerned about our welfare, and Piras was a attentive agent. We had part of or party delayed and the hotel allowed us to stay later and hold all our bags while we waited for our transportation. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was prompt and helpful. I give this hotel 5 stars for value, comfort, and quality.

The bathroom fixtures needed some repairs and we reported to the management and they said they would respond.

Really nice hotel for small money. Our regular room was good, has a balcony, but no view. If you need a view, buy better room type. Breakfast was good enough, maybe some vegetables and cheeses can make it better. Barista makes a great coffee, hot chocolate was tasty.

Better not to come to Fiumicino airport at night - no shuttles, nothing, taxi drivers even dont want to talk with you less then 50 Fifty!! € per 5 minutes go. 40 minutes from Rome metro, if you will find parking, of course. Free parking is a great myth in Rome, better to use metro, so think twice if yiu really want to stay at the hotel so far from the city, maybe for other purposes.

pool needs cleaning along the walls - have been same hotel back to back in 2 years and doesn't appear pool as been cleaned - see a green film along the walls floor pool also to recleaned, can see dirt and leaves in pool this is s first - to have to pay for towel rentals - should be given for free - not a rental of $3 euro per person per towel

Second time staying. I would stay again and would recommend for those in transit. Shuttle service is convenient and easy to navigate. Staff are extraordinarily polite and helpful. The pool is refreshing and well kept. I have only had room service for both visits but the food is wonderful and it is by far the fastest room service I have ever had. I enjoyed my meal on the balcony overlooking the pool. So relaxing. Grazie mille!

The Queen room I stayed in was two single beds put together, which can be uncomfortable. But for one night and one person, it was not the end of the world.
