A very nice, clean and modern hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Mestre. It is a bit far from the city center and a 30 minutes bus ride from Venice. The bus station is at 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel so you can get easily anywhere. There are also some restaurants near by ( 15 min walking distance). I would recommend to buy from the hotel a city pass which offers unlimited bus and vaporetto rides. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big enough, clean (I also checked under the bed and it was clean :)) ) beds comfy and we had a delicious variated breakfast. Also the hotel restaurant has delicious food.

I didn't like the fact that the wall in the room had some stains. Being white I think it could get cleaned with a cloth and some soap.

Everything was just ok. Nothing special and probably would not stay here again. Front desk staff were a bit dismissive and seemed annoyed when asked questions. I mean we are tourist in a new country, of course we are going to ask questions smh. The exaggerated breaths and slight eye rolls were comical if not condescending. A fake smile is worse than a frown! And if I’m going to be picky, having the restaurant only for dinner, at 19:30 no less, is super easy inconvenient to guest that have been touring all day and just want to have a quick dinner, shower and bed.

The hotel is easy to reach with a car and the parking is free. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is generous and has an amazing selection of sweets. There is a bus stop nearby with good connections to Venice. Several supermarkets are just a few minutes with the car away.

Coffee for breakfast was terrible for italian standards. You could ask the waiter to bring coffee to your table but it was the same as taking it from the coffee machine at the buffet. The most shabby cafe in town had better coffee to offer. We are a family and booked a "Standard room with One Queen bed and Twin beds". From the description and photos it was not clear if it was one room stuffed with so many beds or if it was two rooms with a connection. Only after check-in we learnt that we had two rooms with a door in between. We liked these rooms but it would be easier for future guests if it were more clear what they are reserving.

It's a beautiful modern hotel, very well decorated with great facilities. The room was clean, fully equipped, with a mini bar and pretty much everything you gonna need during your stay. The bed was really comfortable, and the workout equipment added that extra little something. It made me feel like a king! The lobby, very cozy with the playroom and bar, gives you such good vibes and makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fully covered with anything. The staff was very friendly and polite, ready to help you with everything you need and also fully inform you with every information about Venice or the location around the hotel. The hotel includes a gym, conference room and parking which it was free of charge. Literally, the only thing that was missing, it's the pool for the hot summer days. There is a bus station very near to the hotel that leads you to Mestre city center station and then just by changing bus, you will reach Venice in a short amount of time. Around the hotel, you can also find supermarkets, media markt and restaurants. I paid 139 euros plus 3 euros city taxes for one night, with breakfast included. Fair and normal price, for a 4 star hotel on a high season (middle of summer) near Venice. Highly recommend, 9 out of 10! 👌

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and large. Free parking in front of the hotel. You can buy a ticket to Venice directly from the hotel - bus + tram. I liked the breakfast. Lots of good things to eat.

The location is quite far from the center of Mestre, 40 min by foot; but you have a bus that can take you to the central station where you can take a tram to Venice. If you stay for a long time in Venezia, you might miss the links to the hotel and have to take a taxi.

The hotel is great. Very modern and comfortable - the reception, the rooms, the lobby bar and the restorant. All was good. The staff was very polite. Everything in the breakfast was very delicious and with great variaty. The room was clean and the bed with the pillows were very comfortable which was great after all day walking in Venice. I felt very well during my stay at the hotel!

Nothing. The hotel was perfect for me. Only for the people that plan to travel by bus or train to Venice, it's good to know that the jorney to Venice takes about 1 hour by bus and a little less by train during the day. Аt the evening the options for return to the hotel from Venice are reduced and that may take a little longer. Good option in the evening is a taxi.

I booked 2 connected rooms which is convenient for families with children. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The air condition worked well which is difficult to find in summer. At the lobby there are some entertainments such as pool table which my children loved so much. The staff at the reception were friendly. There are available car parks which are free. The area is quiet and there is a nearby shopping mall and some restaurants.

Clean hotel with nice styling. Decent breakfast.

Didn't love the evening offer in the restaurant. A bit canteen like - very bright and utilitarian. Could be so much better. most people spending the last night of their holiday - bit of a let down. Also would have liked a regular shuttle to the airport. Taxi ride was quick and easy but expensive at 40 euros. There were apparently buses into Venice and Mestre but on Sundays there are fewer so it didn't work for us.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was amazing! The facilities are fantastic and i would highly recommend this hotel. There is a bus stop 4 minutes walk away from the hotel where all the busses to Venice can be taken.

The hotel is about 50mins from central Venice so it can take a while to get to the main attractions. You have to get 2 busses and a boat.
