Perfect location for what we needed, central. Good looking and our bedroom was big enough for 3 adults. The main double bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was not.

Some of the staff guys were a little annoying/ annoyed at clients. The hotel looks really good and modern, like everything else in Rotterdam, but it seems like it doesn't go much past the appearance, it was a little un-practical for some things. Prices in the area in general are extortionate and the hotels are crazy expensive for the basic service they offer, so this was overall a good stay for two nights at a slightly cheaper price.

The location is probably the best thing about this hotel. It's about five minutes to the train station that connects with the Central Station and even Amsterdam for some trains. The neighborhood is also full of small shops and restaurants, not to mention the big Market Hall. And it's about 20 minutes away from the Erasmus Bridge and many shopping and food districts just north from it. The rooms are small, so they are designed to be very functional. I like the use of space that still gives a lot of room for the luggage without feeling like it's using my valuable space. There is no classical "bathroom" - the toilet and the shower open straight to the room. There are many light features that allow me to create a cozy atmosphere before sleeping. The TV has a YouTube app! That's the first Hotel that offered me an app included in their hotel TV software. The bed is amazingly big for the room size, and the pillows were very cozy. I was able to stretch them the full width of the bed, leaving no space for me to roll in my sleep.

Not sure if all rooms have connecting doors, but mine did. And of course, these don't isolate the noise as well as a solid wall would. I couldn't really understand the conversations from the neighboring room, but it might be a problem to some. And while the space is intelligently used, non-couples (business colleagues or similar) might not enjoy the fact that you exit the shower straight in front of the bed. It works well for solo travelers or couples tho. These are minor complaints and I'll definitely consider this hotel again for my next visit.

The location is perfect, the bed was big and comfortable. The curtains were fully blacking out the light, which was great. Room size was good enough for a couple. It is really well soundproofed as we almost couldn't hear anything from outside. They have a bar and restaurant which is also a plus. Very nice shower (although there's a cap on the temperature) and they had a hairdryer in the room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion which I see in a hotel for the first time so it was a pleasant surprise. Check in and out was super quick and hassle-less.

The air conditioner was capped at 24° and the room was still feeling cold and windy because even the lowest setting was a bit too strong. The bathroom and WC are separated with a blurry glass and water can easily come out of the bathroom and there was almost no privacy. Thus, it can be really bonding for couples who are having their first solo couple vacation. I would still come back, but I'd really like to have the AC situation fixed because now we're both sick. Please note that we didn't tell the staff about it because we assumed that it'll be capped at the same temperature in all rooms.

It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to navigate and discover the local sights. Additionally, the hotel provided helpful recommendations for nearby activities, ensuring I made the most of my time in the area. Overall, my experience at the Motto Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the luxurious accommodations to the outstanding service, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in this city.

Love the concept , hotel was in a great location. Beds were super comfortable. We had a king size with loft bed on top. Top bed quite high. Only negative is the lack of space…. Common area very tight ( non existent). Great concept for maximizing small space. Would definitely stay there again! Staff was very friendly.

We stayed in Motto Hotel by Hilton during 4 nights. Staff was sypathic. The breakfast and sea-food were delicious and bed XXL very comfortable.

they reserved a taxi for us to go to Rotterdam airport. Unfortunately, we payed our taxi ride to Rotterdam airport 45 €. Around 8 kilometers without traffic within 12 minutes : it's a scandal !

The room wasn't particularly spacious, yet its layout was remarkably efficient, featuring all the necessary amenities. Moreover, it provided towels instead of paper tissues, which I found to be eco-friendly.

Situated on the ground floor, the room experienced some noise due to the ongoing festival, yet the overall level of discomfort was manageable.

Great location of the hotel. Very clean and nice, with very friendly staff. Everything was super. I found breakfast a bit too expensive but I guess that is the rate.

I did ask the receptionist to send me the invoice via email, which he said he did, but I have not received it yet.

The location is great, near many restaurants and close to the city. The bed is big and very comfortable and the shower wonderful. It has a seperate toilet and shower, which i liked. Big screen tv. The room is not big, but very smart set together.

The slow elevator 🤣, but that is just nit picking.

Breakfast was very nice and the staff was friendly We also like the location of the place and it was quiet as requested

I would have like to have water in the room available or they should have asked if we would like some water. We had to go down to the bar the whole time to ask for water
