The location of the hotel was amazing. Short walking distance the the Tram, and also accessible for Uber and Taxi. The room had comfy beds, mini frigde/bar and the roof was very tall which made it feel very specious. The Room aslo had big windows looking over a quiet street below. The lobby of the hotel was also nice with a mini market.

The only complaint i had during the entire trip was the Tv Remote was not working. And i wrote on a paper for the room service to change batteries but they didn't change it. Other than that it was good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the check in procedure is super easy. The location is the biggest plus, right in the city center, plenty of restaurants and bars around. Several museums are in walking distance as well the Maritim Distict.

All hotels in Rotterdam are expensive, this is no exception; we paid 200 Euro with Genius discount for a quite small room. The hotel has no parking, the suggested WTC parking is very expansive, we went to Meent parking garage (10 min walk). Because it's in the city center, is was pretty noisy from the bars around and a music event nearby until about 1am.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect, very central for bars, restaurants and shops. In the reception area there is a 24 hour self service for snacks and drinks, which is handy if you're feeling peckish. A nice touch.

The layout of the room was a little bit cramped around the bed area. Could have been designed differently. If you're booking way in advance, I would suggest you book room 212 or that end of the hotel, which is away from the noisy club, located right opposite (we got lucky)

Regrettably, their policy includes an early check-in option that incurs additional charges should we wish to access our room around 1 pm. While it's understandable to levy extra fees for expedited check-ins due to the need for swifter cleaning, numerous hotels accommodate early check-ins without charge as long as the room is prepared, irrespective of whether you've paid for the early check-in service.

I enjoyed the check-in & the check-out staff. Both were very friendly everything went smoothly, Parking next to hotel was great. So no hassles dragging suitcases. Location fantastic, everything within easy walking distance. If your staying in the town center I doubt you'll find anything better for the price. Rooms are nice clean & the King bed was very comfortable.

I was disappointed in a couple places we ate at close by. Over priced and the serving portions very small. I guess depends on what you order? First breakfast on the weekend, was not to good, but the weekday one was great, so again it would depend on when your there.

Great location, close to the heart of Rotterdam. The room was very clean and comfortable - nicely decorated. Good shower. Loved being able to check in and out using the machine - super quick. Even though the hotel is on de Meent with many busy bars and restaurants outside we didn’t hear a sound in our room - amazing. All in all a great stay.

The pillows are terrible - way too soft - pretty useless to be honest. I am suffering from back pain today because of them.

A wonderful hotel located in a walking distance among the most top 10 things to see in the centre of the city, right next to the town hall. Really cosy, convenient and super elegant. Breakfast is very good with a variety of fresh products served in a place that looks like a cosy coffee bar.

The receptionists could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. The entrance has stairs (about 10-12) so if you have some heavy luggage there is no other option rather than carrying them up to the elevator and then to the reception which is on the 1st floor.

Both the breakfast and location were excellent. I needed lactose free yogurt and they had it for me the next breakfast! Staff were courteous, the bar/lounge was comfortable and open till 11 PM. . You could buy simple food out of their fridges if you were caught short of having dinner...nothing exciting though it was very convenient. I liked the security too...the lobby doors had to be opened by your card to your private room.

There was no ramp at the hotel entrance for people with heavy luggage. There was a valet that offered to help bring luggage up the 4 steps but I'd rather be able to do it myself. The wifi was not secure.

I loved the room - chic and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Bathroom was nice. Location was very convenient. The staff were able to store my luggage afterwards for free. The reception area seemed to have a nice bar that would be a comfortable place from which to work.

I didn't realise this hotel is part of (or adjacent to) a convention centre. On the first night there was an extremely loud event at the centre and I could hear the MC and crowd very clearly. The breakfast is also disappointing because there is little food left by 9am / 9.30am (the timing that I went down for breakfast). The staff did not refill the hot food despite being asked.

Location is absolutely superb, right in the middle of the center surrounded by countless shopping and dinner opportunities within less than a minute walking distance. I was a bit sceptical about the breakfast because of the reviews but it was more than good and not at all too far from the reception unless you think walking 2 mins (indoor) is too far. I checked in online via an email I received so check-in at the hotel took less than 30 seconds. We didn’t make use of any hotel facilities which I believe is mainly the gym because there’s just so much to explore outside the hotel.

Parking your car in the nearest parking space is expensive but this is more of a general Netherlands thing. You’ll have the same in Amsterdam or Paris whether it’s a closed parking lot or just parking on the side of the street, same expensive rate.
