the location it’s good, the hotel its ok, the restaurant from Hotel have a good food but not so much choices,

the room was with dust inside, the TV have only 2 good channels, was better to have Netflix so I watch what i want, my 50€ deposit still on hold since 1 week ago.

Breakfast (variety, quality, service, freshly squeezed juice, dinning area). Location (very convenient, adjacent to 2 tram stations, walking distance to Meent street and Stadhuis, even to Rotterdam Centraal). Comfortable room in the 5th floor with nice city view. Comfortable reception and lounge area. Friendly staff.

The quality of bed matress (too hard) and pillows (too soft) didn't contribute to a good sleep. The bathroom size was small in relation to the room size. The room's sound proofing..

Very convenient location minutes walk from the International train station, the harbour and major shopping centre. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean, good bed and a generous bathroom. Room service available but a number of restaurants and bars available.

The swipe card for the elevator only worked on the first go 20% of the time and it seemed to be an issue for most people getting in the lift. A minor issue, but slightly annoying.

Beautiful experience, I went there to relax and have a good time with my daughter, we enjoyed it and love the environment, breakfast was very nice and you can eat as much as you like , we will definitely be back, love it

The longer you stay the amount of deposit you pay €100 per night, what if I stay a week then my deposit would be €700, and it's not refund immediately when leaving, well I got it back the next day, so it all good

Despite the fact, our room was not ready/not available, we had a nice stay. I will not go into details about our waiting time (a bit too long) for a room, since all was solved in a professional, pleasant and very helpful way.

No information desk available. To our request for an area map, the receptionist told us, that the hotel does not have any. In the room, the Minibar was empty en defect. Room did not have any hotel information.

- Excellent location, near train station, shopping and restaurants - Staffs very accommodating to change room for us when we requested a different (with no connecting doors) - Hotel provided baby crib (clean and new) for free where others hotels would charge a fee - Room is spacious, clean and quiet - Bed comfortable

- Toilet a bit dated - Some dust/hair left in the toilet

Our stay was exceptional. We travelled with a 2 and a 4 year old, which is usually a nightmare, but the staff here made us and the kids feel so welcome. They interacted with them, gave them gifts on arrival, toys to play with during breakfast and remembered their names. The connecting rooms were comfortable and worked perfectly. We all had a great time and I think a big part of that was the staff at the Hilton. special shout-out to Paulo!

We had a very comfortable stay at Hilton Rotterdam, everything was on point, the bed was superb, soft pillows, very clean room. We picked the hotel because it was dog friendly, we could bring him to breakfast too, which was brilliant, because we could only sit with him outside in other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was fantastic, so definitely go for the room with the better view, it is worth it.

Breakfast could have had a larger selection and the salad ingredients weren’t as fresh as I’d like them to be.

Well located Hotel however the street areA is a bit gritty. Room was spacious and pleasant outlook.

Bathroom shower floor has a build up of soap residue, very slippery and dangerous, needs a soap stripper scrub. Area out in the street adjacent to hotel is grotty, has definitely seen better times

Very good breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff. The business lounge's happy hour was a nice bonus to the stay. The location is excellent and the late checkout is at a very fair price. Overall we were very satisfied.
