Perfect location, awesome view. Everything that you need to stay for a few days in the middle of Rotterdam!

It looks that under the bed it hadn't been clean for years. Pack of sigarettes,woman fingernail,tonnes of dust. Couple of alive roaches were found as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great and the room and view were both stellar. Close to everything and I had a good time and more importantly a good sleep. Kitchenette had what I needed to make some basic quick meals. There is lots to do nearby, and plenty of places to eat and have a coffee. I would stay here again next time I visit Rotterdam.

The noise was a bit more than I was expecting where you can hear everything that happens in the hallway by the elevator. The shower area also had paint peeling from the walls, and the shower itself was a really cheap one. Coffee machine was also pretty basic and did not work well. Nothing major though. I think if someone were to spend another 50 euros a night you might be able to find something slightly nicer, but everything considered this was a nearly perfect stay. I would rather put that 50 euros extra per night into having more fun outside my room.

The penthouse was a beautiful place for our family to stay while visiting Rotterdam. It was close to (within walking/biking) distance to the train station and other attractions. A decent grocery store was a couple minutes walk away made making meals at home easy. The kitchen had all that you needed to make a meal in, minus any spices or the like. The front desk was helpful in renting bicycles for us to use and had bike storage on site. The views from the apartment were epic and delightful to look upon. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very helpful.

While the cleaning crew does a nice job with the cleaning, the detergent used does leave an odd smell upon arrival. (Think of Ajax or Barkeep's Friend). It goes away after airing out the space for a bit. The placement of the water faucet in the bathtub made enjoying the view a bit tricky, and a bit of TCL could be put into maintaining the apartment, mostly in the bathrooms. Overall, these were minor things for us.

Room is very spacious, clean, modern and fully furnished. Service staff is very helpful. Nice balcony that overlooks the city area. Central location.

WIFI connection is almost non existent. Had piping issue with our room toilet resulting in bad smell (but I'm sure this can be fixed)

A very cozy studio room, location is just perfect! a walk from everything you need (or don't), my studio apartment was at the 12th floor and the view of the city was stunning :) The room has everything you need and the staff provides everything else in their capabilities if you need it, the room is very smartly organized, the heating was superb it was a bit too much though, but after opening the balcony door a lil it balanced the temperature

water pressure in the shower was really low it was hard to properly clean off all the soap

The accommodation is in an excellent location within walking distance of the train station with easy access to excellent shopping and restaurant options. Many attractions are within easy walking distance (e.g., De Doelen [Concert Hall and conference venue], theatres, the Maritime Museum, the Great Church, Market Hall, and others are all nearby). The self-contained apartment was a great way to stay with excellent cooking facilities and a supermarket just nearby for access to provisions. The apartment was clean and modern with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the building was secure and well maintained.

Large, open space with everything you need for a comfortable stay: overall, good kitchenware, but neither unit had a spatula. Great stainless cooking pots--all apparently by IKEA, appreciated. I'm not a fan of capsule coffee machines, but that's what's provided, along with a boiler. Huge closets and drawer space! Iron and board, hair dryer appreciated. Double sinks in bath, great shower, comfortable bed. Good lighting and plenty of electrical outlets. Well insulated--never heard neighbors. #8 tram takes you around the downtown loop and stops just a few meters down from the building.

Teflon frying pans were unusable--teflon's toxic to begin with, but there were scratched pans in both units I rented....perhaps if a silicon spatula was provided they wouldn't be damaged? Stainless steel for ALL pans seems a reasonable solution. It was unseasonably warm, so open windows meant mosquitos....did battle with them and it affected my rest. Screens, please? A deep cleaning is in order for rugs and couches, which were stained (both apartments) and (in 2nd unit rented) smelled of sweat. Dusting could be more thorough, of lamps and fixtures, pictures had greasy fingerprints and dust.

When we arrived we found the staff to be very helpful and polite. The room was open planned, a decent size & It contained everything needed to feel comfortable. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate, the kitchen had everything you need to cook.

The thing that let it down was the state of the shower, the shower floor had a massive crack in it, the seal around the door was broken and around the actual shower floor really needs a good deep clean. When I made the bed I found that the mattress topper was full of stains and looked dirty which is definitely off putting. Other than that the room on the whole was very nice.

The location is wonderful - slap bang in the middle of the city, with great views from the higher floors. Everything's very 'high end' - Alessi stuff throughout the apartment (albeit a little dated now, but still fully functioning). Our corner studio was huge (bigger than our apartment at home). There were lots of clean white towels which were changed once during our 4 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's worth taking the time to read through the information folder in the room; I thought we didn't have a microwave but looking at the info it turns out our built in oven was a combination oven/grill/microwave - all far too clever for me! We had plenty of hot water for showers and we were very comfortable there. However, we were there during some hot weather and the accommodation has no air conditioning. There were 3 pillar fans in a cupboard and we got all of those out, but our first night was a little too warm for comfort.

Not much really. Our bed had a thick duvet which seemed a little over-the-top for June, but we just took it out of the cover, rolled it up and put it on a shelf and just slept under the (empty) duvet cover. We ate out so didn't use the cooker or the dishwasher.

Everything was fabulous! The place was amazing with spectacular views of the rotterdam skyline. Balcony was big and really good! And an amazing view from the bathtub!! Very clean and located in a perfect location, right in the heart of the shopping centre and lots of resturants and metro close by! Train station in 10 min walk which will take you straight to schipol. I recommend this and will definitely be staying again. Thank you.
