Crisp clean sheets, very comfortable bed, nice thick curtains, clean bathroom, nice mood lighting options, very helpful and friendly staff including domiciliary staff, easy close-by free parking, coffee (Costa or Starbucks not sure which) right outside, food outlets next door but expensive, quiet room despite being a motel, nice warm cosy room, ironing board and iron available and fan if it gets too hot, feels secure with CCTV.

Room was generally quiet but was near fire door in outside corridor which banged shut when new arrivals were going to their rooms through the night. Could do with a rubber strip or draft excluding sponge strip to dampen the door closing against the frame. Otherwise very peaceful and comfortable room and stay.

The ease of booking, the stay and the location of the hotel

This is solely personal issue due to both my husband's and my health, would be great if you had a couple of 100% disabled room with full wet room ( no bath at all and no tray or lip to shower with a possible shower seat and a red emergency call button to alert reception to a fall in the wet room. ) If possible a higher bed with a slightly better mattress on the bed. Although this would be more disabled friendly and more welcoming to your disabled visitors,

Staff were super friendly and the bed was very comfortable. I love to bath , so was very excited to have a bath after a very long day on my feet b. and the garden at then back with the trees was lovely to look at and the room was spacious and clean. Was great being at a services from a fast food perspecitive . The only thing that was a problem was the bevelled edging on the furniture , My coffee fell off the counter twice while i was there because of the slanted edge . but will definitely stay again , especially as we travel extensively for trade shows . Was seriously so amazing

Room was basic but clean and had what we needed. Staff were great, friendly and helpful

Prices. A one night stay the night before was under £40, the night we stayed was more than double. There was a concert in Huddersfield on the more expensive date so obviously prices were raised for the popular date but you get the exact same room and service for £80+ as you do for £40, no extras, just capitalism making idiots of us all as usual

Great location making Leeds VERY accessible, and room was really very quiet despite being next to a motorway. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all very welcoming to both myself and my dog. Was greeted with a smile each time we walked into and through reception, and when I was carrying things as well as walking the dog, they went out of their way to hold doors and make things easier for me and made sure to make a huge fuss of my dog. Check in was really easy as an electronic check in was sent shortly after I booked (I booked VERY last minute) which made the process really easy, all I had to do was to pay the charge to have the dog with me. Room was spacious with adequate facilities including soap and shower gel

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but not to the extent of preventing sound sleep. My dog managed to find toys under the bed from a previous guest (which he thought was great! But did make me question the cleaning). I also requested for the room to be made up as I had filled the bins after the first night, but this didn't happen so come check out, I ended up leaving rubbish next to the bin as I couldn't fit it all on

as always this is my favourite place the older gentleman there is such a lovely top man that will go out of his way to make your stay all the bit better unlike some other places that don’t try giving a little time very caring and a sincere guy this is the main reason I always choose this hotel place even if it’s out of my way it’s worth it as your made feel that more at home and now I feel more comfortable welcome as he says ahh how long are you here for this time making you feel special bless him top man

Excellent location for an East West meeting, the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Starbucks and essentials ars on the doorstep and a terrace to enjoy the sunshine was a bonus

Needed to ask for the soap dispenser to be replaced but the towels were clean. The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable, very good value for money

I didn’t have breakfast- didn’t realise that it was available until I checked out! The room was clean and comfortable and fairly large. Wi-Fi was easy to access and parking was free. The reception staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom facilities looked a little bit tired and the shower was fixed and a bit low in the wall for tall people. Perhaps the availability of breakfast could be better advertised- because breakfast facilities on the rest of the service area are poor.

the staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you and I can honestly say that they are the only place I had stayed that always asks if you would like a hand with your luggage they very empathetic which means a great deal to me so from now on even if I have to travel 30/40 miles further believe me it’s worth it NUMER ONE for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good peaceful place, no noise of cars.

There were no clear directions or big bright sign for the hotel to spot it. It was hard to find in the night. I went to the exit which was one way. The only safe way was to take the exit again. Go on M62 again, take a uturn on next exit and comeback again. But I took the risk and driven back on one way with full beam on to save my time😇😁.
