I stayed there for 7 days and overall the service and the rooms were good. Staff were mostly friendly which would be expected for a hotel such as this. I had a few uncomfortable encounters with staff from the desk and dining services which was disappointing but I would say the other staff members made up for it. Rooms had high quality amenities and everything was well thought out. Location was excellent also.

The room keys demagnetise very easily if next to an electronic machine such as your phone. I went down a few times to get a new key (which wasn’t a big issue for me) but one time, the guy at the desk seemed annoyed. I was still polite and said thank you when he gave me a new card but I put it directly on top of my credit card and he took it back with no warning telling me I demagnetised it again. I think he was having a bad night but I would’ve expected better. Also for those not living in the US or UK just be aware of the extra service charges and incident fees which is not included in the advertised price.

We had a nice big airy room which was quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful.

It is expensive but in London you need to pay more to get something decent.

The concierge failed to find us transport pick up from Wimbledon. He tried 3-4 firms but they were busy, he said that we were better off doing it ourselves. I asked if he could work on it whilst we were out, but he said that he had tried all the usual ones and it was not possible. I used Google and quickly found a private company to pick us up and return us to the Langham. I would rather not have used my time for this DIY and couldn’t see why it was not possible for him to do this for us. I was disappointed with this lack of effort. He was happy to do what was easy for him, but not prepared to put himself out.

TheirThe hotel met all our expectations. The room was super comfortable and beautiful. The staff truly Helpful and couteous. The concierge service went out of their way to help locate a misplaced laptop. My niece received a very pleasant birthday chocolates and other goodies. The spa and swimming pool was excellent and the location ideal. Both my niece and I went home really happy !

The front desk was always very busy and despite the staffs effort they could not pay proper attention.

Stunning hotel, perfect location

We went to the cocktail bar for drinks on Friday early evening. A really obnoxious man sat on the table next to us and commented on the drink we ordered. the waiter then talked to the man from the other table next to us, so he spoke over us. The man was extremely objectiob=nable and ignorant, but the waiter should not have talked over our table. Really disappointed. We paid a high tip which was unexpected and I would have liked to be asked via a machine rather than at reception where it's not appropriate to discuss there things. Our beds could have been more comfy.

Quiet, clean high end hotel. Bathroom has underfloor heating makes coming out of the shower feel amazing. the bed is bigger than a standard hotel room. staff on hand with the reception area alway smelling beautiful. perfect location with oxford and regent street minutes away.

My 80 year old mother and I stayed here in late May and had an amazing experience. The staff took wonderful care of us and were so attentive. Our room was large and incredibly comfortable. We felt pampered the entire stay. We ate breakfast and one dinner at the hotel and were so happy that we did. Mom does not drink so I could not really get an entire bottle of wine (hey I was with my mom) but the restaurant had top line wine and champagne by the glass. Will definitely stay again and think it would be perfect for my husband and me.

Access to the Club Lounge was a real treat. Majority of staff were exceptionally welcoming which was lovely. Others just went about their tasks but definitely not unfriendly. Location was good. Palm Court restaurant was enhanced by Dom coming out and speaking to customers which was a nice touch. All in all a good visit, albeit brief!
