The rooms were a breath of fresh air having a treehouse theme, but not so overwhelming a great environment to stay and relax

at the time I was there the only minor would be the maintenance work on the outside but I was informed and the gave me a room where the view was unobstructed, a credit to the staff

Great property. Quirky rooms. The Nest is a great spot to pass some time before check in. Bed was soooo comfy and the window seats are a really nice spot to sit and watch the world of the clouds go by…

BEWARE - My work laptop got hacked while using their wifi. Have contacted the hotel so they are aware but haven’t heard back yet. No tea bags in the room only coffee. Surely for £300 you should get both. Hairdryer is awful but that seems pretty standard for any hotel, even expensive ones.

Room was comfortable and beds great but garbage collection early in morning was noisy and woke me as did disposal of bottles at 2am. I assume windows are not double glazed which would have kept room quieter Staff really helpful and prepared to go extra distance to assist. Decor imaginative and fun.Aircon a bonus but strangely, in our first room no electric jug. Hard to make a cup of tea. Overall though great location and good stay

I have stayed at the hotel a number of times I have always experienced excellent service and been more than happy with the experience. The hotel is situated within blocks of Oxford Circus , has easy access to transport and to the shopping precinct and is within walking distance of many London landmarks. It is also important to note the hotel’s commitment to sustainability - no plastic bottles here! The decor of the rooms is whimsical ( each room comes complete with Paddington bear ) and some rooms have comfy window seats where you can relax with a view of London.

gorgeous hotel, very quirky decor that simply makes you smile! The location was excellent and the staff were exceptional. Jackson and Franklin couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and funny.

There are major renovations at the moment which obscured the view and was noisy at times. We were warned of that, so it wasn’t a surprise. The Nest bar was playing very loud music on the Thursday night, which was a bit frustrating, but it didn’t go too late.

The staff at the Treehouse Hotel were very accommodating and attentive during our stay. The studio room was more than we were expecting and offered great views of London and included small details that made the room even more unique and exciting. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Sadly, the nest bar we really wanted to go to during our stay was closed for maintenance which we didn’t know until arriving. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the 14th floor as you could hear noise through the ceiling from the restaurant all through the night and early hours of the morning when they’re cleaning. However, when informing reception they handled this complaint very well and made sure it didn’t get overlooked or ignored. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here.

they won’t allow kids to share the room with the parents. so if you’re a couple with 2 kids you need to book 2 separate rooms! aside from being very pricey, the thought of your kids sleeping in a separate room and away from you OR you and your spouse sleeping on separate rooms is something you have to consider when booking as a family. also, I left my shampoo and conditioner ( these are Davines products and not your regular hair products ) upon checking out. when I emailed them about it next day, they said they didn’t find any. I have on few occasions left something in our hotel room but I ALWAYS get it back. this is the first time that the hotel claims not to have found my stuff.

It's under external construction so was it blocked the views. The room rates were inflated about 30% due to Kings Coronation week so this didn't make it great value for money but that's really not the hotels fault. Just supply + demand issue.
