The location is good and pretty much close to the center and other tourist spots. I liked the outdoor seating areas. Of course, since the hotel is new, everything was very clean, cozy, and modern. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options and as well as the availability of around-the-clock free coffee and tea.

I did not like the design of the bathroom door (slide door). There is a large gap between the door and the doorway, through which everything is heard and even clearly visible what is happening inside. It was a big discomfort. Also, a big discomfort was poor soundproofing. All four nights my family could not sleep well because of the noise from above our room, from the hall, and through the window from a nearby pool.

Everything went well!!! Richard and Judith at the front desk were excellent. They delivered great customer service such as providing hotel information, recommendations and always a genuine greeting! Our room was clean and spacious. Great mattress and pillows which was a definite plus. We brought our dog and Richard explained all charges ($75.00) single charge for the 3 night stay. The morning breakfast was a clean setting and filled always with the variety of food. One of the better breakfast offerings a hotel presented. We'll be back!

Everything was great!

I like the place cause it's new and clean.. you can still smell the newness of it all.. and staff are nice and all.. the free breakfast is great alot of selection 😀

The bathroom door. It's a sliding door but doesn't lock and only blocks the bathroom(everyone can hear what you do inside and you can be seen inside easily. I don't know who design it but it sucks.. Ps: also the window blinds was poorly installed, the side lining of the big blinds came off while I was opening it, and causing the blinds to not open properly.. ( I forgot to tell them about it)sorry

This hotel is newer and located very close to the Heavenly Ski Resort. It's also attached to the Burger Me restaurant. This came in very handy for me and my family on nights where we didn't feel like driving far away from the hotel to eat.

The barn door style of door to the bathrooms were a nice idea in terms of decor but as far as functionality, they are terrible! The barn door to the bathroom wouldn't stay closed and would open by itself while you where inside.

Great location and pet friendly

In the rooms, the bathroom has no closing door but a sliding one that exposes the person in the bathroom and doesnt fully close off the area. No vents in the bathroom either, mornings were tuff with 2 teenagers and a 2 grown ups.

the rooms and bathrooms are large and really comfortable. the lounge downstairs was nice and large and very comfortable to use through out the day. liked the property very much.

a hotel of this caliber should have a restaurant for late arriving guests. the deli next to the reception was well stocked if one doesn’t mind ready to eat food such as heat and eat.

We were happy with the room it was in a good location in the hotel for the side of the bulding it was on nice set up and we were all happy

didn't have enough toilet paper in the room and there were not enough towels either so we kept having to ask for things the room was on the third floor

It was a comfortable and clean room! It is close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. We loved the pool/ hot tub area. And the fire pit area. We had a very relaxing night after a day of hiking enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. We also loved the breakfast.

The price! It was priced high for a chain hotel.

indoor pool was nice and warm. However, people kept come in and out for hot tub outside and this effected the temperature badly each time as the door closes extremely slowly.

We booked two queen beds room ended up getting king room with sofa. Sofa was very uncomfortable. The hotel did not compensate it for us.

Everything was well,good breakfast options, staff seemed nice, all the facilities seemed clean and inviting

My room was almost perfect, has some water damage above window on left corner behind the wallpaper, might have some mold, would recommend you take care of that
