The location is better than most. Plenty of dining opportunities from fast food to higher end eateries. The street is wide and clean and the neighborhood is good. The short walk (25 - 30 min) to the train station was the main reason I stayed here.

The room was a little small. The Wifi was a bit confusing with all the choices. My two phones were able to connect, but not my laptop (may need an upgrade). The room at times was noisy. I was trying to determine if it was a guest banging on the walls or furniture or if this simply was the staff cleaning a room next to me.

It's close enough to Denver and the airport. Water pressure was decent and the temperature was perfect.

There was probably one in the community breakfast area/lobby, but a microwave would've been nice in the room. Check in took a bit longer than expected. Security deposit of 50 by card or 150 in cash would've been nice to know upon booking. Lots of light switches in the room, but nothing too crazy; just couldn't reach the switch from the bed.

I had to find accomodations last minute due to an airline error...booking was simple, the staff was pollite, very efficient front desk. My room was quiet, and I appreciated that the a/c unit was quiet, so I was able to sleep well

The shower was a little small, but that was not an issue. The hotel really suited my needs and I have nothing that I was unhappy with...

clean and decent price

that is says it s has a shuttle in Booking.com to the airport, but does not. This was a main reason I choose this hotel. when I checked in I was advised NO shuttle. I had to take a Lyft to airport which added an extra $20.00 to my stay. You need to update your site and credit me for the Lyft/ shuttle fee. Even the front desk told me you should update your search for hotels w shuttles.

Breakfast needed healthier options like berries, yogurt, eggs, salad greens to exceed my expectations. As is, it didn’t disappoint or excite… but the customer service both at check in and check out were stellar. The ladies at the front desk had kind words to say, were helpful, considerate, & helped us print our COVID test results for our travels.

The woman who checked me in was great. I was grumpy and tired and cold and she was so knowledgeable about the food and alcohol options around. She was really sweet. pay these people more.

The woman who worked at the front desk was incredibly busy checking in people and answering the phone. She was so friendly, kind and helpful to everyone. She should be cloned and given a bonus!

location was awesome. The hotel was clean and upkept on the hotel was well. Only complaint was that the mattress on the bed was too hard. YOu could also feel the springs in it. If hadn't been for that, I would have gave excellent review.

Room was clean, housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helped me get another blanket. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful.

Smoking guest walked onto th elevator with me with a lit cigarette. Smell of marijuana in the hallways near my room.

The room had falling down curtains, which could be updated. The toilet had to be flushed twice every time of use. It didn't flush properly.
