The hotel facilities were just what I expected. Nice, clean, close to the airport, and comfortable. The maintenance man we ran into after our keys didn't work the second time so very helpful and solved the key issue without having to go to the front desk a 3rd time.

The front desk staff need more training on customer service. After waiting in line for check in late at night we went up to our room only to find the keys didn't work so I headed back downstairs. There was a line again so I waited until the customer she was working with was done to approach asking for the keys to be rekeyed. She told me I was rude (multiple times) for not waiting in the full line again. It was obvious something was wrong or I wouldn't be back down there. If it was done properly the first time there wouldn't be this situation of her lashing out a me.

The property was modern and clean. The room was very spacious. The shuttle service to the airport was great… the sweet girl at the front desk gave us the last 2 seats on the 3:30am bus so that we wouldn’t miss our flight. We ended up booking another night when the shuttle service brought us back to our car so that we didn’t have to drive home to Breckenridge in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good the one morning we were able to eat.

There were about 10 miller moths flying around our room, but I know they are abundant this year. A little pricey for the few hours we spent there, but that seems common for the area.

We loved the breakfast, it wasn't your typical free hotel breakfast as there were hot food choices and different fresh fruit choices, oatmeal and more. Starbucks was a nice touch as well. The living room area in the room was nice as well when we wanted to relax and not lay down.

We did experience quite a few moths in our room that we had to trap for a couple days. After the first night we stayed housekeeping didn't come to clean the room or leave towels which I would've liked as we have a family of 4 and we had to ask that they come by after the second night.

We choose the hotel for its location since it is close to Denver Airport and to the train station; which facilitates the trips into downtown. The room and the bathroom were very spacious, we had some nice sofas and big comfy beds. The breakfast was good with several options. We also enjoyed the Starbucks inside the hotel and the restaurant for dinner.

They need to arrange better their schedules for their free shuttle and send more shuttles if they are expecting a lot of crew members (who have priority). We waited more than 50 minutes because the shuttle that arrived (Late) got full of crew members and the next shuttle was scheduled 30min later. When the second shuttle arrived again the driver said that he will only take normal passengers if no more crew members show up. I called to complain but they just told me that I have to keep waiting. I would have preferred to pay for a service than to lose my time as I did, in particular after a very long flight to Denver.

Great hotel, however they held $150 in my CC for “incidentals” ($50 a day for 3days) and I was never told this would happen nor was it posted ANYWHERE on me booking’s confirmation. Then was told I would get a refund for it upon checking out BUT it could take 3-5 business days before posting back to my account. Now I have no spending money and will be broke for days. This is unacceptable. I will think twice about using this service ever again.

The property was fine

Nice big room overlooking Downtown in the distance and with view of the Rockies. Close to railway connecting Downton and Airport (my main reason to chose the hotel). Modern and quiet. Airport Shuttle Service. But don't expect them to pick you up at the nearby railway station if you have lot's of luggage without wheels on it. The answer was: It's not far, you can walk. That saves the tip.

After I made the booking, 2 of 3 emails remained unanswered (I wanted to ask to extend my stay...). Sink in the bathroom is clogged and water drains only slowly. I removed the plug and it was just disgusting. Cleaning seems to happen just on the surface. If at all, only plastic cutlery for breakfast. But there is always either forks, spoons or knives missing and nobody around to ask. It can't be that difficult to have enough real plates and cutlery for the hotel guests, can it? I hate disposable tableware and have a hard time with this waste of resources. If you have some, bring your Camping gear and you're all set in this Hotel.

Loved the hotel over all. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, clean, welcoming staff.

PARKING. The hotel charges $14 to park in their lot. Not a big deal except that there are signs posted all over the parking lot saying to PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE. We weren't comfortable leaving our car in their lot after seeing those signs posted everywhere but there were no other options. Haven't experienced that before with a higher end hotel.

Really great location for those who want to travel to downtown Denver using the rail. The train is cheap and the station is at a walking distance from the hotel. (Tip: don't count on the train if you have an appointment or flight, for example; the train is not always on time). Bedroom seemed larger than in the photos, and the bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast is ok, nothing really fancy and somewhat disappointing, considering this is a Hyatt. I've had much more options with just the same quality in cheaper brand hotels. I've stayed for almost a week and my bedroom wasn't cleaned everyday. Not even the trash was taken. Everyday I saw trash from other rooms by their doors, so it wasn't an isolated case. I don't remember anyone telling me this is a policy of this hotel.

Breakfast was great! Breakfast Much better than La Quinta! The bed was so comfortable! Quiet :) no disturbances from neighbors or door slamming. They granted me a 1pm late check out :)

The shuttle & a guest blocked the entry to go park for 5 minutes I had to wait until the guest finally moved their car… parking lot was very full & I had to park far away from the lobby & carry my luggage alone with no bellman. No hot tub!

I love how it was close to everything for the airport. It made travel very easy for my family. The staff was friendly and patient, and the rooms were very clean.

It was a pretty penny and then the room deposit was quite a bit and then to not get the full amount back because of having to pay for parking even though you’re paying for the room was a bit weird. I’ve never had to pay for parking when staying at a hotel somewhere.
