New and well-built motel. Everything is brand new and remodeled, so everything was working and close to many amenities. Could have a game room & better lobby

The lady at the reception desk. She seemed to have an attitude while I was talking to her. She could been a bit more nice!

Getting there is easy, ,locates right off of l-55..can't miss it

No breakfast, coffee, water or fruit offered at this location.

Room TV could have been programmed to see clear pictures. Roaches were running around in the room. One got into my CPAP water holder while I was asleep. Person went into my room and took my green shorts, grey-white shirt and pink couch slippers. Received them back but no one was suppose to enter my room.

Nothing.

Very poor maintenance. Room was disgusting. Blood stained sheets, no towels or wash clothes. Trash piled up on the back parking lot. Very rude daytime manager. Very little water pressure in the shower. Food on the floor that housekeeping missed. No trash can. Very disappointing stay.

The room was nasty the bed had pubic hair on the sheets. We had bugs flying around roaches . The bathroom was nasty the shower wasn't clean. We had no towels. The shower knob was not on there. It was very loud people fighting him shots. I was not happy at all and will never go back there.

The front desk clerk was very helpful

They had roaches , water bugs it was really gross to see coming from a place you book to stay for comfort and cleanliness

Everything about it it was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen in my life. I woke up with roaches crawling on me and all they gave me back was $20 instead of the rest of my money. This place should be condemned. It cost $55 to stay there night and you can't even sleep there's no remotes no trash cans it is so disgusting the sheets were staying the couch was stained everything you didn't even want to walk in it it was late at night when we got there so I didn't really didn't get to see it but when you woke up in the morning there was roaches crawling everywhere even on us I'm going to report it to the health department cuz this place should be shut down and I'm going to do my best to get it shut down so do not I repeat do not even think about staying here unless you're nasty.

this property is unlivable, they had plywood in the windows in graffiti written in the rooms, no towels and toilet paper, and roaches. There’s no consolation policy took my money but had to find another place to stay.

The property advertises itself as a three star hotel, it’s being remodeled and the homeless people that I’ve been living there are still there. They have a no cancellation policy to take your money before hand and when you realize how bad it is they’ve already got your money and you can’t get it back. booking.com has no way than anything to protect me against people like this. They don’t have a phone number to call or talk to or anything. I will never use Booking.com again or let any of my friends and I will post this on Facebook and Twitter

Roaches in bed, fridge, and filthy microwave! No cold water in filthy bathroom. Sink pipes broken water went everywhere, curtains were hanging. Was put on 3rd floor, elevator broken. I asked for room on first floor (several were ready) Was told to take 3rd floor room or get out!!! NO refund after I tried to explain about the broken pipes, and roaches in the bed. Horrible, Horrible experience...

The roaches, the room was filthy, rude night staff. Room was NOT as advertised!!! No trashcans in room...
