Room was clean, receptionist was friendly even though she had a lot of clients waiting including one who spoke neither english nor Spanish.

Lost of details that indicate a lack of upkeep. Our rooms dark curtains were unhooked and had loose, wires hanging from the ceiling where a smoke detector probably should have been plus an empty bracket in the sink area--who knows what that was for. There were other indications of a lack of maintenance and upkeep. Breakfast would have been OK but needed better planning so food did not run out.

The front desk staff are friendly, the housekeepers are okay but sometimes skipped our room (we were here for a little bit)

The laundry room was dirty and the elevator was kinda scary. The breakfast was great here a year ago but now it’s not good

It was a very good place to stay for a good price..

The breakfast included.. me and my family went at 9:00 am they supposed to finish at 10:00am and at that hours they don't have nothing, no more eggs, no more juice and many people for just one waffle machine so it was very very slow.. and the lady was mad when we ask for more food. So they need to improve the service on breakfast.

Everything but especially the bathroom, so roomy plus a tub. The staff Stephanie and Pearl did great, went out of their way to help!

On web site they offered airport pickup but when I called they said they don’t this needs to be taken off things you offer I would have picked another hotel with airport pick up so I had to pay extra for Uber ride

the room was comfortable and a good size and walking distance to several restaurants and businesses. The price was really good,,,you could do away with the free breakfast, you dont need it.

The ac was too noisy, but I have earplugs. The pool was closed. The ceiling was stompy, but next time I can request a third floor room.

The water heater was unreliable, hard to get hot water. Also, the maids grabbed my things n put them in a plastic grocery bag so wen i got back , i had to put everything back out how i had them that was weird of them to do that.

The breakfast was awesome and I was there for 2 weeks I was very comfortable there and would definitely do it again the room was clean and the staff was very kind

there was nothing to not like about this place definitely rate it 10 stars if I could

The frontdesk staff was very nice. The girl gave me a better room after the first room was too loud. She accomodated me with a quiet one with a great view

There was trash accumulated in the hallways that was waiting to be picked up

Beds were very comfortable, pillows great, very clean.

Getting a call after I checked out. The housekeeping had seen me leave with my two multi poo dogs. The ade says dog friendly, that is why I chose them. They put a charge thru for dogs of $50. The dogs slept in there kennel's. I was less than happy. They need to put on website, additional charge for pets!!
