The breakfast was great, we love fresh cinnamon buns every morning. Breakfast main menu was also changed every day we were there. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Facility is good, our room was spacious and cleaned every day.

Location is a bit tricky to find with my GPS. And far from Seattle city center, although close to Boeing and Premium Outlets.

I had a wonderful stay the beds were clean and comfy and one of the best continental breakfast ever showers we're awesome I just wish I could have stayed longer

Room was a great size with ample luggage and seating space, felt cosy and comfortable. Modern fittings, with fantastic bathroom facilities and the beds were excellent - ideal for rest after a long travel journey.

Rooms on the first floor by the balcony could overhear vending/ice machine use and telephone ringing in reception. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety - also didn't have any allergen info so staff advised there were no gluten-free options.

the garbages weren’t emptied in the lobby or breakfast areas the whole weekend; coffee and creamer was not replenished during breakfast hours and the staff were hard to find when needing them and the hot tub jets malfunctioned numerous times

The room was spacious and clean. The employees were all friendly and I enjoyed having the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast spread was great. The location was just a trail away from family which was nice because I didn't have to rent a car.

There was a smell in the room and the hallways that bothered me. I opened the window for fresh air which was great but it was cold outside and I couldn't leave the window open for long. It was almost like a locker room smell. Maybe its because of the moisture in Seattle. Other than that everything was very clean.

overall all was good, but there should be better ventilation for the kitchen area, you can smell the Breakfast bacon throughout the building in the morning, something I did not appreciate

I.lked. the goose down comforter, soft pillows and firm bed,.water pressure in the shower. I also liked the selection of shower detergents and that there was terrayaki shops close by.

The tv wouldn't turn on. The house keepers put two decaf kurigs in my room and the dirty drug needles in the parking lot.

Breakfast was good selection. The staff was very courteous.

The shower curtain is too short so the floor was flooded. The room next door had full volume on the TV and the staff was unable to assist. Floor in bathroom was more annoying and unacceptable because that was within hotel control.

Reception personnel was very helpful when we discovered that reservation was for the wrong date.

The Booking site changes the date of reservation. This was discovered and confirmed when I had to rebook. I hope I can get a refund for the first reservation booked for a week later that I will not use.

Clean, comfortable beds, good hot breakfast and everything was open. Nice pool and a large lobby area to gather in the evening.

Several nights there was no parking in the parking lot. We had to park away from the hotel. Big buses and extra vehicles from non-guests were in the parking lot taking up all the spaces.
