The staff, the breakfast and the location were excellent - literally next to the train station and 10 min walk from the Duomo. The staff were all so nice. The bathroom was also new, modern and clean. We got a room facing the court so the noise was not a problem for us.

The room seemed much bigger and nicer in the pics, and there was a weird smell in it.. which didn’t go away during our stay even though we opened the balcony door. There were also so many mosquitoes, you have to do something about them!! And personally I think this was overpriced for the value we received, compared to other cities, BUT everything seems more expensive in Florence so this may make sense.

Across the street from the train station, this made it so easy to get to the hotel as it was a 1-2 minute walk. It’s up two flights of stairs or an elevator. Receptionist workers are young super nice people and helpful - provided laundry bag for me and extra towels when I asked without question. Room itself was very clean and bathroom was great with modern features and great shower with great pressure and clean. They replaced body wash and shampoo everyday. 5-10 minute walk from everything. I’ve stayed at worse 4 star hotels (this is rated 3 stars by Italy). It’s great and would absolute stay here again. Great bang for your buck. Comfortable and felt safe.

The bed was not very comfortable. It was low to the ground and the mattress was pretty thin. It worked. Also would appreciate more modern decor and brighter hallways (kind of dark).

Kim and her colleagues were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help us find car rentals, wineries, and types of wines for gift. Communicating prior to our arrival was super easy and helpful using the WhatsApp! We were surprised at the size of the room, bigger than we thought! The hallway was quiet and we couldn't hear other guests in their rooms.

The location was right across the street from the train station, so getting there with our luggage was a breeze. There is a 24 hour McDonald's on the street level which created noise, but the host supplied ear plugs and we used a white noise app and the noise didn't bother us.

I LOVED my room and the staff. The minute I arrived the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. They immediately checked to see if my room was available (I arrived early) and offered to hold my luggage until it was. They offered me water (it was a hot day!) which I happily accepted. When I got my room, it was beyond what I had hoped for. The room was quite large, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the electric blinds, especially for the sleeping area. The blinds blocked out all light and made sleeping in a little easier. Though the hotel isn't located as close to the city center as other hotels, it is the perfect location for catching the tram and the train.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Simple and elegant. Well-equipped and efficiently arranged. Super responsive, helpful and friendly staff. Location near Santa Maria Novella Station perfect for a solo traveler. I needed only to cross the street to the hotel, leave my bags and wander Florence unencumbered by luggage, almost as though I lived there. The hotel is housed in a vintage building with enormous wooden doors and a marble staircase that leads up to the B&B premises on the 2nd floor (also accessible via elevator). Both let you know you are in Florence, never mind the McDonald's around the corner. Oh and my room had a huge window that opened up on the piazza, lots of light and urban sound.

I liked everything. Even the bustle of the square around the station was nice.

Location is excellent - right across the street to the train station. The bed is super comfortable and the room has high ceilings. Bathroom is huge and shower water pressure is great. The front desk is quite helpful getting us taxis and recommendation for restaurants. A great stay overall.

The noise from the street could be quite loud as it's right across street to the train station and sometimes the property door downstairs was left open, which made me feel that it could be unsafe if outside people get in.

Exceptionally stay, was initially concern about the safety but all was good. Housekeeping provided for B&B which is good but should provide Tissue paper too. ( But not a big issue ) Location is fantastic as its situated right next to Train station which is very convenient with big luggage. A lot of restaurants and supermarket nearby including a Chinese restaurant which is nice after having pasta and pizza for 8 days. Voila and Alex are very friendly and kind and give clear instructions on the location and direction to the premises. Only setback is the rooms are very noisy but they provide ear plugs which is useful. For the location and easy accessibility will definitely recommend.

The location is just next to the train station and close to the bus terminal, making it great if you stay for a short time or having day trips out of town. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Heat wave on the first day and staff offered an extra electric fan at the room.

The area is a bit noisy and not as beautiful as the Florence cultural center, stay near the doumo or the river if you want to experience florence.

📍Excellent location, near the city center and the train/taxi station. Everything is within walking distance. 🛌 The room was very clean, spacious and well furnished with everything you would need. We also appreciated the free upgrade to the apartment with kitchenette and living room area. 👩‍💼 The staff (especially Annita) was so kind and sweet and helped us a lot by giving us amazing adresses. We’ll surely come back again 👍

Everything went very smoothly throughout the whole week. We were both well pleased with the location, could not have been better. Our room was super comfy, and so handy to pop back to around midday for a siesta! The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful we couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay ...
