The location was very good, and the views from the large window in our room of the Medici Chapel, the facade of the Duomo, the Campanile, and the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio and from our side balcony of the side of Santa Maria Novello Church and bell tower were spectacular. The owner, although he doesn't live on the premises, was very helpful by phone to help us access our room because we had left the phone with all our access information on it on the airplane in Paris.

There were only minimal provisions available for breakfast, just packaged items, but it was only a room and not a hotel stay, so that may be normal for rented rooms.

Great location with what must be the most amazing view in Florence. The room was on the small side, and slightly cold in March, but with everything we needed.

Some storage for clothes would have been a bonus.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The hotel was walking distance to train station and city center, very convenient !

The hotel's location is really advantageous, close to the train station and also to the historic city center. The triple room view was amazing, it's even better than in the pictures. The balcony is bigger than I expected too. Room and bathroom were very clean and very well equipped, good heating, the shower is really nice. Beds were very comfortable too and the amenities included were a nice bonus! The host Andrea was very helpful, giving us detailed instructions on accessing the hotel building and getting the key from the PIN box. Really amazing hotel, well worth the price of the booking.

The location was great, 2 mins from the train station and close to everything in town! The views from the rooms were so stunning! Andrea was so friendly and very informative, would stay here again on our return to Florence!

The property was only 6 to 8 minute walk from the train station. It was right across the train station. There was a grocery store downstairs just a couple doors down if you want to do the red bus city tour it was right across the street, mini cafés and souvenir shops in the area. Andrea the host was very communicative. She sent a text message with all the instructions how to get into the apartment very nice. The apartment is not very big but it has plenty of room for suitcases and the bathroom is very nice and nice little balcony outside. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Excellent location, cannot be beaten! Easily access the historic centre and the other side of the river. Few minutes walk from the train station. The Duomo looks incredible from the balcony, especially lit up at night, and is even closer in reality than the photos show! Perfect communication from Andrea. Very spacious room and bathroom (triple room with balcony). Kettle, microwave, mini fridge, table and chairs, everything required for a short stay. Also very quiet despite being so central.

That we had to leave so soon!!

View; stunning outlook from room one morning opened curtains to see two hot air balloons over city... wow moment. Location: 5 min walk from train station building a little difficult to find look for a small sign there are other hotels there on different levels. Lots of choice for cafes and restaurants in immediate area less than 10 mins to city centre. Good communication with Andrea easy self check in.

A little disappointed with room #24 steep spiral wooden staircase going up to main area/bedroom. The bathroom is downstairs, had to leave one suitcase downstairs limited space. Cooking smells invade from nearby restaurant if windows open.

This hotel, wow. We were utterly shocked when we checked into our room, we climbed the stairs in our room to an absolutely breathtaking view over the rooftops of Firenze. It was a full moon, our first night in Italy and we just laid in bed staring out the windows. It looked like a fairy tale. We booked this room last minute as we ended up coming to Florence a day early and it was incredibly worth it. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage for the day while we went on a wine tour. It was greatly appreciated. Even a nice selection of snacks and little breakfast treats we took with us on the wine tour. Beautiful amazing little hidden gem, only 5 min walk away from the train station! And the building has an elevator just a few stairs in the room :) thanks for everything! GRAZIE!

Loved our welcome--Andrea was just lovely. The view is breathtaking! The location is convenient, though we had trouble finding it (could be us)!. This is NOT a place for someone who has stair issues (we had a "duplex" room) and my only complaint is that it's a tough middle of the night-need-to-use-the-facilities room. Other than that--excellent, excellent! We didn't have breakfast (left too early) and Andrea called us an early taxi. Such wonderful attention...

The stairs are tough if you have to use the facilities in the middle of the night-- But again, the view is worth it all! The location was convenient--but a bit tough to find at first. Maybe I didn't read the instructions carefully?
