The location was very good, and the views from the large window in our room of the Medici Chapel, the facade of the Duomo, the Campanile, and the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio and from our side balcony of the side of Santa Maria Novello Church and bell tower were spectacular. The owner, although he doesn't live on the premises, was very helpful by phone to help us access our room because we had left the phone with all our access information on it on the airplane in Paris.

There were only minimal provisions available for breakfast, just packaged items, but it was only a room and not a hotel stay, so that may be normal for rented rooms.

Great location with what must be the most amazing view in Florence. The room was on the small side, and slightly cold in March, but with everything we needed.

Some storage for clothes would have been a bonus.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The hotel was walking distance to train station and city center, very convenient !

The hotel's location is really advantageous, close to the train station and also to the historic city center. The triple room view was amazing, it's even better than in the pictures. The balcony is bigger than I expected too. Room and bathroom were very clean and very well equipped, good heating, the shower is really nice. Beds were very comfortable too and the amenities included were a nice bonus! The host Andrea was very helpful, giving us detailed instructions on accessing the hotel building and getting the key from the PIN box. Really amazing hotel, well worth the price of the booking.

Nothing negative to say about this place.

The location was great, 2 mins from the train station and close to everything in town! The views from the rooms were so stunning! Andrea was so friendly and very informative, would stay here again on our return to Florence!

The property was only 6 to 8 minute walk from the train station. It was right across the train station. There was a grocery store downstairs just a couple doors down if you want to do the red bus city tour it was right across the street, mini cafés and souvenir shops in the area. Andrea the host was very communicative. She sent a text message with all the instructions how to get into the apartment very nice. The apartment is not very big but it has plenty of room for suitcases and the bathroom is very nice and nice little balcony outside. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Nice balcony and view of the duomo, elevator helped avoid the long stairs, shower was great and spacey, didnt take long to get anywhere and right near the trainstation if your city hopping

Elevator is not for those uncomfortable with lifts as its on the older side and small interior, works fine but a heads up for those with phobias that you'll have a lot of stairs if you opt out of it, but my experience of it was good

The host was very helpful and responsive, clear instructions to check in and gave us information on restaurants and where to exchange cash. Location was close to train station and supermarket. Tea, coffee, water, biscuits were refreshed every day which we loved. The view from the balcony was exactly as shown in website.

The lift wasn’t working the day we left so had to carry bags down, not a problem for us but could be if you have mobility issues, Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent location, cannot be beaten! Easily access the historic centre and the other side of the river. Few minutes walk from the train station. The Duomo looks incredible from the balcony, especially lit up at night, and is even closer in reality than the photos show! Perfect communication from Andrea. Very spacious room and bathroom (triple room with balcony). Kettle, microwave, mini fridge, table and chairs, everything required for a short stay. Also very quiet despite being so central.

That we had to leave so soon!!

Lovely stay with excellent views. Very clean, comfortable bed, good air con. There were teas and coffees which were free to use. Andrea was a very helpful front of house. It’s on the 5th floor of an apartment block but there’s a lift. We were able to leave our bags after check out.

The only thing I would say is that our room was on two levels. The first level was the bathroom, then we had to climb a spiral staircase to our bedroom. This meant we had amazing views of the city, but was quite difficult with a big suitcase.
