In the middle of all the things we want to visit. Walking distance. Comfortable and clean. Windows to the street, a lot of light. Good room size and plenty space for our things. Quiet, we could rest after our busy days. They offer tea for free in the room.

I would love to have shampoo in the bathroom. I have soap but not shampoo.

The location was an absolute 10/10. In the centre of everything you're a 5-10 minute walk from most places. The owner was pleasant & helpful, accommodated our late check-in time & early checkout time. You can come & go as you please during your stay. The room was an okay size, but on the smaller side of okay, we didn't need anything spectacular, as we only spent time here to sleep between exploring the city. The private bathroom was nice & shower was good. Towels/soap provided.

The room is essentially a converted apartment in an apartment block, this meant the walls were very thin & you can hear muffled sounds from the others staying in the same apartment, especially when they are coming/going from their rooms through the front door, this was made worse as our room was the closest to the front door. The bathrooms fan was connected to the main bathroom light switch & rattled for 5 or so minutes after turning the light off every time.

This room was perfect for us. The location made everything accessible and there were restaurants and grocery stores close by. The balcony was very cute. The pink bathroom was adorable. It was quiet. A perfect room.

I suppose offering to arrange a taxi to the airport would have been helpful. We were given a card to call a taxi but when I called the morning of our departure at 4:30 AM I could not get through. We were shlepping our bags for many blocks until we finally found some folks heading to the airport that were willing to share their cab with us. It was quite stressful. I advise anyone to arrange their transportation ahead of time.

Not the fault of the owner, but due to the unusual heatwave, air condition was struggeling a bit. There is no daily room cleaning which I overlooked apoarently when booking, and in the heat, it would have been great if the garbage could have been taken out in a daily base.

The apartment is in a quite new building compared to the surrounding area, meaning it has an elevator and both the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. It is walking distance to all the major historical sights, museums etc. The stuff is very nice and helpful, our little issue we had was solved very promptly to our complete satisfaction.

The area is very busy in the evening and also during the night. For someone who prefers an opened window to the AC, this was a bit tough. However, that is by no means a problem or fault of the apartmen, more as a warning for fellow anti-AC souls.

The room interior is fantastic, and it’s exceptionally clean. It has a very nice balcony with a beautiful view. We also had a little fridge and a kettle with cups and teabags in the room. The host was nice to us, and we were able to leave the luggage before the room was ready for check-in. The location is good, just by Santa Croce.

There is no shower door, so there might be some drops on the floor, but the shower is big enough so you don’t flood the bathroom. Also, the street might be a bit noisy at night, but there were new earplugs in the room. It also would be nice to have some dish soap and a sponge to wash the cups, maybe some sugar for the tea, and some coasters to not put hot cups just on the table.

Spacious rooms with balcony in the Santa Croce area of Florence. Very near the main landmarks, there is also a bus stop right in front of the building. The balcony is a big plus, spacious and ideal to just sit and enjoy the Florence ambience. There is an elevator, albeit a bit oudated and small. The rooms seem a bit dated but everything was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hostess was very nice and accomodating.

The rooms have thin walls, you can hear your neighbours if they are noisy. There are earplugs available in the bathroom which is useful. The building outside the rooms is somewhat rundown. There are two elevators but only one works. The Breakfast part of the BnB is misleading, there is no breakfast available since Covid. There is a sort of safe / minifridge which is very small and not really a real refrigerator.

The hotel is situated in the central area of Florence. Near to the Ufizzi museum, the Duomo and everything you have to visit in the city. Very easy to reach from the central train station - only 20 minutes walking. The room was soo clean. The bathroom was great-big and clean. The room ( we were in the one, called Blu ) was cozy.

Although the guests in the hotel were very cuiet ( in some moments you even wonder if there are other people there) the room was a little bit noisy, because it was with a street view. There were a lot of cars hall night and some noisy people. The good thing was that there were earplugs in the bathroom

This was such a cute place to stay while we were in Florence. It felt very secure and had a nice little balcony with a pretty view towards to Tuscan hills. It was so easy to get everywhere on foot and felt very close to everything we wanted to see. It was nice to be able to have a coffee or vino on the balcony of an afternoon.

If I had to pick something, the bed was two single beds pushed together, which meant we were rolling into the middle a lot (especially after sleeping there for four nights). This seems pretty standard for Europe though.

Roberto ( I hope I am not wrong about his name ) was an absolute great guy and he was really caring about the guests. The location is fantastic!!! You will have access to everything single part of the Florence by walking / Bus or even Taxi!!!

We were hosted on the room yellow, and the only problem was related to the shower door which was not existing in fact and you should be careful about the water leaking
