Everything is walking distance, my 80 year old mum was with us, it was so quick to pop back with her for a rest, a cuppa and then off back out again. My 13 year old son loved it, he told all his friends he was staying in a castle! The roof terrace was absolutely a bonus, as was the lift! The place was spotless, the bedding and towels were spot on. We all slept really well, they were all comfy beds - including the sofa bed. It's in a brilliant location, surrounded by lovely restaurants (Caffè Italiano was a fave... round the corner... left and left) The cleaning lady was lovely, at one point we asked for extra towels and she dropped them off within 10mins! The rental company were brill, clear instructions to get in, checked on us in case we needed anything, they set up a WhatsApp group with us so it was really easy and convenient to get in touch with them. They gave us restaurant recommendations and booked reliable taxis for us to get back to the station. We would happily stay again.

We visited in August, 34 degrees, the air con struggled a little but it's an old stone building and kept the place fairly cool without the air con.

convenient, well maintained, spacious apartments in the heart of Florence! we would not have been happier with our stay! the 3 apartments we rented in Florence were perfection! communication with the owner were quick and helpful before we arrived. on arrival everything was as described and we were event able to leave the luggage for 11 people in an apartment early! Palazzo Salviati I’d a short walk from everything you could possibly want to see and do! we had 2 issues (both our fault) that were handled quickly! for example, we locked ourselves out of 1 of the apartments late one evening. even though owner was in Rome, it took less than 30 minutes for us to get a spare key to get in. he went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING US!

Great location within within easy walking distance of main sights. Lots of good good restaurants nearby, Francesco Vini on Borgo dei Grecci is definitely worth a visit but book in advance to secure a table. The appartment is obviously part of a Palazzo with somewhat faded grandeur but still a unique experience. It is well furnished with very comfortable beds and comfortable seating. There is significant noise from passers by late in the evening which is only to be expected given it's central location. Efficient communication via whats app with rental agency regarding entry and exit procedures. A thoroughly enjoyable stay

While there were spare lightbulbs it would be helpful if the overhead lights, where fitted, were checked prior to each arrival.

The location was amazing: a 10 min walk from the Duomo and all the main attractions and restaurants. The apartment had the wonderful old charm, but was very comfortable and spacious.

The only small complaint that I have is that there isn’t a room where someone can leave his/her luggage for a few hours in case their arrival time is different than the check in time.

Broken toilet seat. Not very much photos of the unit, somewhat misleading. Still comfortable. Duomo unit is not luxurious like the others. Like a servants quarters.

This apartment was perfectly located in Florence. We were able to walk to all kinds of sites, restaurants, shops, markets, and bars. The apartment itself was huge for two people and would have easily fit 4, especially given two bathrooms. The bed was comfy, the water got and stayed hot, the towels were nice, and the room was clean. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have moved in for a month

the location is amazing: just 5 mins walk from all the monuments and sightseeing. you live in an historical palace and truly breath the history of this marvelous city

the bathrooms need a little bit of renovation. they are good but not at the level of the rest of the apartment

Staying here makes a person feel like a king or queen. More space than even needed which allowed our group to spread out. the location is amazing! has all the facilities one needs, including an elevator!

it would be helpful to have some washing machine instructions in English.

It's a grand apartment right in the heart of Florence. Everything is in walking distance and to be honest, the apartment itself is a piece of art. I highly recommend it

Being in an ancient building, the Air conditioning system was a bit old and the cooling wasnt too effective.
