a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of Florence. Location is ideal with access to all major attractions in less than 20 min walk. If travelling by car, the Borghese Art Palace is an excellent choice with premium parking located right next door. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a highlight with a broad array of choices. Highly recommended for a rewarding stay in Florence.

The air conditioning was less than ideal. Florence was experiencing a very serious heat wave during our stay.

Wonderful location within walking distance to all major sights in the city. Easy to reach the hotel from the airport (or vice versa) with the tramway. Stable wi-fi and a good variety at breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were on the top floor and it took quite a while to get hot water in the shower (but once it started, there was plenty of it, no worries!). My partner found the mattress too hard and would have loved extra sheets.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel was right in the heart of Florence - that made the stay so lovely. Also, it was just perfectly clean and welcoming.

As it was in the city center, during the night it was quite noisy. Unfortunately the heating could not be set up right so it was too hot in the nights and too noisy to open the window which was a little negative point.

This hotel is CENTRALLY located within walking distance of many of the main city attractions. The rooms are well appointed. Fantastic air con that worked throughout my stay. A very generous breakfast that provided a diverse selection to start your day. The hidden gem is the cellar wellness centre: gym, steam room, sauna , jacuzzi and massage area. A must to soothe your tired feet after a long day of exploring. The building is a blend of modern furnishings, modern art exhibit housed in palace of the nobility from many centuries ago. Many thanks to Fillipo, Lucrezia , Chiara and the rest of the superb reception team to ensured that my stay was just perfect! I would certainly stay here on my next visit, moreso now that I know that the hotel also has a fully furnished apartment as an option for my stay!

the style of this hotel is beautiful,the lift that goes up through the centre of a spiral staircase is the main feature. Art is regularly changed on the walls which is a great talking point . breakfast is nice with a decent choice. The younger ones on reception where incredible lovely and we spent ages talking to them and comparing countries and different accents. The rooms were very decent size and lovely decor too . Perfect location to visit Florence . definitely recommend.

The bar NEVER opens !! which is bizarre as our a lovely small bar and very modern and would be lovely to enjoy a drink before going to room after dinner etc but was told it NEVER opens because they didn't have ICE ?????? Very very weird !!!!. so we had to go find bars near by instead of giving the hotel the money ?? the bathroom would benefit from a shelf just to put makeup bag or toiletries on

The location was superb,walking distance from the Bargello Museum, Duomo, the uffizi,Ponte vecchio etc. The hotel is very comfortable, the stuff whent out of their way with all our request. The breakfast buffet did have a very good selection of food ,with delicious pastries made by the local patisserie for them. Plus I can't praise enough the stuff for all their help. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. One tiny misunderstanding about a taxi on our departure day was resolved really well by the team at reception. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Air conditioning is room could be improved. Took a long time to cool the room.

The hotel was in a great location 5 mins from the Duomo and the river Arno as well as other main places. The hotel was comfortable and there was a good selection available for breakfast. The staff were lovely and helpful. There is a car park next door that they are affiliated with that take your car to a secure location. Perfect for the stay.

We had such a great stay. The front of house staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. We took advantage of the spa area - during our visit you had to prebook and we had it all to ourselves due to COVID. This was amazing. We rotated through the hot tub, sauna and steam and back again over our booked time. We really enjoyed the selection of the breakfast. Eggs and bacon. Cheeses and meats. Fruit, Cereal. Bread/toast. I'm sure I'm missing something but basically there was something for every taste including gluten free options. While the hotel. itself is really fantastic, the location was exceptional. 5 minutes from the cathedral. 10 minutes to the museums. Truly right in the heart of Florence. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

There was no coffee in the room, just tea, which I thought a little odd.In addition, the first 2 mornings, the coffee machine in the breakfast room wasn't working either. As a coffee addict, that was a shame, but we bought some sachets of coffee and milk so it was fine. Also the woman that looked after the breakfast was able to make us the coffee of our choice, which was greatly appreciated. Other then the coffee issues, it was a fantastic stay!

A BIG Thank You to the Reception staff for their outstanding service. They were courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was unbelievable. So much choice! Enough to satisfy even the most fussy guests. Lovely property, and the location is perfect. Clean & comfortable room and bathroom.

I loved the hotel, and would stay in it again if I found myself in Florence.
