The location is awesome. You can fell as a part of a Florence historical centre. The building is also historical and it has a soul. At the same time the equipment is modern and comfortable. Down on the street you can find many places for morning breakfast or evening drink. The elevator is great but time

The air conditioning is present but it not working great. The elevator might be too claustrophobic for some. WiFi signal is strong but connection very slow

Extremely courteous staff. Especially Mr. Vinchenzo who was very accommodative and even changed us to a bigger room as we travelled with a child. Great Location. Everything from Railway station to important things to do in Florence is within walkable distance, even with a child.

Breakfast not available. But they recommended another nearby place which wasn't to our liking as it didn't have any warm foods.

Nice and clean room with small fridge, private bathroom with nice shower, windows with good view to the dome and main street, air conditioning is not 100% but it helps a lot with summer heat, this is literally the center of the city, I walked to all important places and didnt need public transport at all, the tram to/from bus station and airport is 100 meters wich is only a 2-3 minutes walk and in Florence tickets are available for 1.5 euros in small automatic machine in every tram stop, you can pay with card or cash on the machine, close to restaurants, all you need is a few minutes away

Air conditioning, during summer we noticed the room was hot even with air conditioning at max, even during the night

Reception and welcome excellent. Staff very helpful - with language , restaurant and sites to visit recommendations . Location within site of Duomo. Bed and shower great . Reception on 3rd floor but small lift a few steps up from pavement . Great location for station , airport tram and buses. Ideal if you want to walk round all the historic locations

One of the things that I liked the most about the place was the attention at reception and the artistic theme of each room. Also, the room was clean and in perfect condition.

Maybe the price, I don’t know if the price is high because the hotel location, but I found it too much.

I have to evaluate this hotel for what it is: A "budget" option in the center of Florence. Not fancy, but extremely convenient for those looking to explore the city with a room only needed to sleep. I am happy with my choice with this hotel.

The noise in the night was annoying. The reception closes at 7pm (we don't access to the hotel, of course) , and some guests seem to take this as an opportunity to turn the music up. The bed could and should be more comfortable.

Great location and fantastic room. A little old and tired but pretty cool.

Little things that don’t affect your stay… paint coming off the widow frames etc. No problem but looks tatty.

there is a lift!! and the room was quite spacious

The hotel is located in a very comvenient place (5min to Duomo, 5min to the main station.) The facilities are well equiped.

WIFI was very weak.
