This was an excellent "gem" of a hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were able to check us in early to the room, provide good insights in where to eat, shop, etc. They would call the taxi for us whenever we needed it. The breakfast was really good and fresh. The room itself is big and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was large, excellent shower. The location is really close, within a 5-10 minute walk to everything. The wifi worked well, I was able to stream my netflix with no issues. We used the A/C and it kept the room nice and cold. We didn't need to use the safe but we felt like the room and hotel was in safe area.

I can't think of anything wrong with the place.

Owner , Rocco was very helpful and gave us some excellent tips on where to eat and where to go. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, made us feel special. Easy walk to lots of attractions and neighborhoods. Only challenge was no elevator so a two flight walk up . Rocco said he is planning on adding one over this winter so if he does it will be a perfect spot. Across the street from our room in one of the apartments someone was playing classical piano daily, an added bonus!!

I have to start by saying how wonderful Rocco is , warm , helpful , so kind and attentive to anything u need … just like family , the place is so well located, walkable to every thing that u need to see , room super clean , nice decor and lots of effort has been put in to making your stay comfortable !!! Also a very elegant breakfast served with love from Rocco. , best cappuccino , all complimentary … we just loved it , felt at home , we will go back !!! Just note this hotel is on the 3 rd floor … but is done with ease , … ciao from nella Johnny and Leana

Rocco and housekeeping staff are great. The room looks quite modern, relative large (for a boutique hotel in Italy) and the bathroom was excellent (especially the water pressure!)

There is no elevator (which wasn't a major incovinience for us), yet the Hotel is actually in the third floor of what appear to be a mostly residential building. I wish the breakfast hours started a bit earlier ~ around 7 am. (especially if you have business elsewhere at 8 pm).

Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were fantastic. Breakfast was a really good spread and yummy and the place for breakfast was beautiful and cozy. We really enjoyed. Rocco went out of the way to help us with our luggage and booking a taxi on the day we left, thank you for the same.

We didn't realize that there wasn't an elevator, so lugging up the suitcases up three floors was daunting where Rocco helped, but if you are booking, just be aware. Some minor facilities in the room such as bathroom slippers and glasses would have been great.

Our host was very friendly. The room was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Wifi was good and the tv had many different channels. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to bus stops that can take you around comfortably, and it was 10 minites walk from the Duomo.

Breakfast can be improved and the lady responsible for the breakfast was not very helpful since she does not speak English.

Everything was impecable!! I highly recommend the facility, our experience was great!

Neither of them was a problem for us, but I would mention two minor things: 1- the hotel is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. 2- The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but it is not served as a typical hotel buffet: drinks are on demand, and food is brought to the table at once.

Room was nice and big compared to other rooms we had in Europe. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Truly a charming place. Location was close right by the Acedemia by the San Marco Museum Square.

The 3 flights of stairs due to no elevator. Not suited for people with any disabilities or trouble with knee or hip joint injuries. And the bed was very very hard. Back aches every morning

- Very clean, tidy and stylish room - Amazing location, in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the city centre - Great host, helped with directions and booking a taxi etc. Was always available if you needed something.

- Breakfast was delicious but a bit limited, wish there was more variety. It is also served by the host (rather than self-service/buffet style) - Hotel is on the 3rd floor. Was not a problem for me but if you have mobility issues it is something to keep in mind. - No tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room

Very good location, all the main destinations can be reached by a 10-15minutes walk. I really liked this, it was a main reason why I chose the place and the cool & modern style of it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, I was happy with it. The breakfast was lovely, coffee, juice, mini sandwich, mini pizza, croissant, jams, fruit, etc. I enjoyed my stay here!

All was OK, I cannot complain. :)
