Perfect room with all the amenities you need right in the center of Florence. 7 min walk from the city center. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfy and huge, memory foam gigantic pillows. Extremely clean, AC worked great. Chromecast on the TV, even though it wasn't needed due to tiredness it's always good to have since most italian TV channels are all in italian, or dubbed in italian. Large bathroom, shower worked great with the perfect water pressure. Clean towels and shower gel/shampoo included. Perfect location if you want to head back from the city center to your room to drop off some stuff or even to rest a little. And last but not least, the host Biagio was super thoughtful and just the nicest person! From the moment we got there he helped us with our bags, brimming with joy, checked us in, provided us with a map of the city with all the important locations marked by him, and most importantly - great places to eat. For all the meals we took his advice and it was always, without exception, phenomenal. He gave us his number in case we needed anything - we didn't, because everything was prepared with greaf thought and care. The location of the B&B was also very safe, and the building too, with two doors that only opened with a passcode and another key-locked door to enter the room. If I ever get back to Florence 10/10 times I would stay here again.

The owner Biagio had everything prepared upon our arrival. He sent us the entry codes ahead of time of the establishment because we arrived very late that night. The room was very very clean and great location. He also prepared a map of the city and advised us of great restaurants and places to visit. Biagio is very professional and very friendly. My husband and I really recommend booking with him and most of all it was very clean.

The room was a great size, especially as we were on an extended stay so had two large suitcases which took up a fair bit of room. Biagio was an amazing host - so friendly, eager to help and gave us great recommendations of where to eat/visit whilst in Florence. He also gave us his personal phone number on the weekend of his engagement party should we have needed anything. He is a gem and we would absolutely stay here again 🙂

Although the location is nice and quiet, there's about 15min walk to the old centre of Florence. When you're tired and it's very hot, it feels like a long walk.

Great B&B situated just outside the historic centre of Florence so a perfect location but way to access key sites. Biagio is a fabulous host and we felt very reassured staying in his property. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The room was gorgeous and very tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and great shower. Would definitely stay there again. Biagio, was super friendly and helpful. Communication from him was fantastic and the google maps he had created and then sent to me was great. Location of the property was perfect, just a short 15 minute walk to the centre. Clean and comfortable room, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is something very minor but I just wish the hairdryer was a bit better.

Such a beautiful property, with the friendliest host. Biagio was so helpful and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless and beautifully furnished. The bed and the pillows were fantastic- so comfortable. Fridge in the room with bottles of water and chilled glasses for a nice glass of Prosecco 😊 We honestly loved everything about this property. It is clear to see that a lot of love and effort has gone into it.

Biagio was so amazing! He was so helpful and energetic as soon as we arrived! There was no elevator but he brought up all of our bags which was no small feat. He also recommended a bunch of his favorite places to eat and we tried three of them. Every single one was delicious! This was by far our favorite stay of the two weeks we were in Italy! We would definitely come back and tell our friends about it!

Only thing was no elevator but like I said, Biagio was so great and helped us upon arrival and departure :)

The property was clean and has been modernised to a lovely standard. We loved the decor! Biagio was also the best host - he saw I was pregnant and before we’d even put our cases down, he’d gotten me extra pillows! He also gave us a map complete with recommendations of places to go, things to see and restaurants to visit. He’s such a star and this is a little gem of a place to stay.

The host Biago was amazing - nothing was an issue for him. He was very helpful and gave us some great restaurants recommendations. He also went above and beyond to help us get a taxi to the airport when we left. Room was very clean and quite and good location, only a short walk from the city centre. Would definitely return and stay again.
