The hotel was in a great location with all the lovely site’s of Florence within walking distance. It was so lovely to wake up to the sound of the church bells and the singing of birds.

The only thing that would have made this holiday perfect was that they could have put some milk in our room for making tea and coffee.

Check in staff were helpful and hilarious. The rooms have a kettle and English Tea and I was given a jug of milk for my stay. 6 minutes walk from the Duomo and on a major bus route.

Latest check out was 8pm it seemed. The clothes steamer (iron) was obviously designed by a man who had never ironed!

central location, cleanliness, pretty decor of the rooms and 19th century building with original ceiling decoration, kind staff, very quiet sleep, bathroom is external, but private (you receive your personal keys).

no lift to get to the third floor, but you can admire the astoundingly large original staircase with a marble handrail while you climb your way up to the b&b.

Great location, big bed, lovely receptionist and the breakfast lady, the balcony was lovely, spacious room and breakfast was delicious.

There was no secret elevator 😂 but still fine.

Be aware of many stairs leading to 3rd floor - no lift. Due to frequent changes expect a lit of noise in the night - thin doors

We only had a 1 night stop over and needed to fit in as much site seeing at possible. This BB is in the centre of Florence (the cathedral is 1 street away). Its well furnished, clean and really really well located.

There really isn’t anything that we didn’t like. It is however worth taking note that it is on the 3rd floor of the building without a lift.

Our host Marcel gave us a great greeting. He was really helpful and gave some really good recommentations where to go and where not to go. During the whole stay he was checking if everything is still great and if we were overall enjoying our stay in Florence. Rooms are facing the yard so there is no street noise. Location is great.

Breakfast was fine and location was fantastic

Breakfast was not as advertised. Lots of pre-packaged items. No fresh breads. No eggs.
