The reception staff were very polite and happy to assist in any way. The restaurant staff were exceptional...very attentive, friendly and helpful and the choice of food for breakfast excellent. The room was not very big but it was spotlessly clean with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities provided. Brilliant location near to the train station.

The air conditioning did not appear to work very well. We were able to open the window but it was noisy. It would also have been helpful to have glasses in the room.

The room was lovely and the location in Florence was perfect- walking distance from the train and all the magnificent sights of Florence. Breakfast was lovely each morning.

We just happened to be in Florence in April when it was very warm. We loved the weather but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working so our room was very very warm. We could open the window but our room faced the road which was very noisy. It made sleeping very difficult.

We had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were all kind and helpful, and the late checkout option was greatly appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was soundproof, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was amazing - it was close to many attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. For example, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, which was not very appealing.

A traditional Florence hotel in a perfect position if you arrive by train, 5 minutes from station. Efficient, helpful and very friendly staff in reception. Very nice lounge areas on the ground floor and a pretty terrace bar on the first floor with coffee, cold drinks and a few snacks offered free from around midday, and a water dispenser for filling bottles. Plenty of variety at breakfast and again, helpful and efficient staff.

It didn't seem to be possible to turn off or regulate the heating in the room, and at 23° it was much too hot so we had to have the window open the whole time, which is hardly very environmentally friendly. At breakfast it would be nice to have cereal in a dispenser rather than in individual packaging, and a better selection of bread (it was Sunday though, so perhaps other days it's better).

We had a delightful stay at the Adler Cavalieri Hotel, thanks to its excellent service and prime location. Silvia at the reception gave us a warm welcome, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. She was attentive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast experience was another highlight. Viola and the breakfast staff were exceptional, ensuring everything was fresh and well-prepared. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made mornings a joy. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it perfect for travelers exploring Florence and beyond. Overall, the Adler Cavalieri combines top-notch hospitality with a great location. I highly recommend it!

However, there was some construction work on the elevator near our room (108), which caused a bit of noise at times. Additionally, the mini-fridge in our room was empty from the day we arrived until we checked out, which was disappointing. While this was slightly inconvenient, the overall quality of the hotel and its staff more than made up for it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Adler Cavalieri Hotel. The service was excellent, and the facilities were extremely comfortable, with many thoughtful touches provided by the hotel. I’d like to make a special mention of Christian, the bartender at the Piano Bar. He made my welcome drink experience truly delightful. The drink was perfectly prepared, and his friendly and professional attitude, combined with his warm personality, made for a very pleasant evening. Christian, originally from Peru, provided exceptional hospitality that really stood out. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The room was a bit noisy at times, but this was a very minor issue compared to all the great things the hotel has to offer.

Room was nice, with very comfortable beds and useful fridge. Location was excellent, as near to both main attractions in Florence and the central railway station. Breakfast was good, with sufficient choice, and the Spa and Fitness Centres were much appreciated (and very quiet early in the morning). Staff were very pleasant and very efficient. Overall, an excellent stay.

One or two maintenance aspects need attention, but they did not affect the overall excellent experience. To be fair, the staff were told about these at the end of our stay and they seemed very keen to sort these out asap and before the room is next used.

Room was very clean and tidy. Exact as the photos on the property so good consistency. What I paid for is what I got. Suitable for single visitors also as 1 person rooms available. Spa and gym facilities were very clean. Would stay here again

Jacuzzi was cold each day so couldn’t really use it, but the steam and sauna were excellent. Construction going on at the property from 8:00 until 6:30 during my stay which woke me up and when I was getting ready which was frustrating. However quality of rooms will have improved likely for next stay!

I stay here often when I am in Firenze. My room this visit was very comfortable and a quiet location. The staff is very helpful and will store your luggage before and after check in times. On warm/sunny days there are areas in the hotel where you can enjoy sitting outside the hotel accommodated my request for a walk in shower. The breakfast room is bright and spacious, offering a wide selection of options. The staff here is very kind

plase make it clear with a note in the room that the water bottles supplied by the hotel will NOT be refilled. As updates are done in the future please add direct charging plugs for phones and back up batteries. There are never enough outlets in hotels for business travelers with multiple electronic equipment. USA travelers: plan to bring plug adaptors or ask the front desk for a loan. If the hotel offered weekly rates I would stay here for most of my visits.
