The room size was great for my partner and I, bathroom was clean and room was clean overall, location wasn’t bad but did require some extra steps. Might not be ideal for elderly people but we are young and capable and wasn’t an issue. Excellent for a traveler or someone visiting to get a nice comfy bed to sleep in!

The location of the units is on the third floor and there is an elevator in the building but it is private. So dragging heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs isn’t ideal or if doing stairs in general is difficult I wouldn’t recommend this place. Hallway was dark and creepy upon arrival but that’s not the hosts fault. My suggestion would be to reach out to The building owner just for safety reasons it should be lit up in the event of fire or emergency.

The staff were reliable, responsive and easy to contact. After receiving our key, we could access and use the lift, which was a great help to my father who's a bit less mobile than he used to be! The WiFi speeds were amazing, and I would highly recommend this place if you're working remotely and need a fast and reliable internet connection. The twin beds we got were super comfy and excellent! Our private bathroom was across the hall and we had our own key. We had access to the kitchen down the hall, but I didn't realise this until after the first night. There's a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee stuff, a little pizza warmer cooker thing (mini oven) and I'm pretty sure (90%) that there was a hob. Lots of crockery to use, a dishwasher (although I just washed up by hand) and a nice little balcony area outside where you can hang your washing. The whole place is cleaned very well and the lady who was cleaning was very friendly and happy to chat with us. The shower function is very good, nice power and keeps a constant temperature. The decor was really nice and it was just a pleasant stay in general in beautiful Florence. Breakfast isn't served at the property, but a couple of buildings down at the bar, and includes a croissant and a coffee, you are given tickets upon check-in which are redeemed at the bar. The staff here too are excellent and really chatty even through the language barrier. The location of the property was great for us, only a short walk to the s.m. novella station, and close to everything we wanted to have a look at super central in the city. Some really great restaurants in the area no matter what cuisine you're looking for. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again.

A few little downsides that weren't anything major for us. After reading the reviews and following the directions from Google maps, we actually arrived at number 6 not number 4 which also has keypad, after being hot and frustrated from our long journey we thought we couldn't get in, but that was our fault we we're at the wrong premises. If you're following Google maps, the photo of the property you see is number 6, and you have to cross at the crossroad to find number four, the key pad you're looking for is a bit worn out and the name of the place is above it. The neighbour didn't appreciate being woken up from his sleep at 2:30 in the afternoon! The bathroom we had was great for us, you have to walk past the shower to get to the toilet, and this could be a little snug for some people.

The rooms were very spacious and private had access to our own bathroom and good internet for those who work remotely!

To be honest we liked it all. I’ll say that the lift is for one person only and my husband and I look/feel like sardines in a can when we used it so we decided to do stairs after.

Great location, very kind staff, easy communication. I arrived in the morning and the lady offered me the room immediately. Breakfast to the room:). I did not realize that I booked a room without bathroom, but it was just opposite to my room and only for me - finally I liked it very much. I will surely come back:).

Nothing. Just one note: the breakfast from the lady was much better (included more items) as the breakfast prepared by her colleague.

Apartment is really big, very comfortable and it has everything you need. Very close to metro station and is surrounded by many great restaurants. Communication with the agency was very good, they were very helpful and answered all our questions. Great value for the money.

Nice and comfy room. Well equipped for a couple, good furniture and enough space. The location is excellent. Close to the centre, near shops and restaurants and close to the train station.

The AC wasn't working properly, we wanted to warm the room but it didn't.

The guest house really very clean and staff were so kind. The bathroom, towels also clean and you have hot water in any time. The location very close to historical center and touristical places, only 5 min walking.

The lift was not working. But not important for me to climb to second floor.

everything was so good, perfect location for the city center and for the Tram as well, bedroom was perfect for us, very clean toilet is outside but it’s private and really big 👍🏻 breakfast was also good, the people there were really nice.

Comfortable bed. Spacious room for 2 people and a table and chairs. Nice bathroom inside the room.

A little far from the center of town, 15-20 min walk depending on where you’re going, but close to the train station.

The room was large and everything was clean.

The breakfast was minimal and only consisted of croissants and sweet breads. Could use some fresh whole fruit and some hard boiled eggs which can be easy to add in. Tricky to find and farther than I thought from the train station.
