the location is perfect if u want to stay in the heart of things train station is a 5min walk, lots of shopping, great restaurants etc etc are all within walking distance. staff were very friendly!

the AC didnt work the whole time, glad it wasnt middle of summer so I just left the balcony door open and was fine. (but i can sleep through street noise no problem) The wifi only worked the first night then never again, the guy at the desk tried rebooting but it did nothing, but I kinda knew that would happen when the lady who checked me in had to reboot the computer twice to do so.

The lady who checked us in was very helpful. Location was great as only a couple minutes walk from the train station which we arrived at, used to take day trips and left from. Room and bathroom were clean. Lots of places around to grab a bite to eat. They were kind enough to find an iron and ironing board so we could freshen up some closes between cruises we were taking.

Had wifi the first day but the next morning the wifi was down and we were without wifi for the rest of the stay. The bedroom part was quite small when we had 2 lg suitscases and 2 carry on but have found a lot of rooms to be smaller in Europe.

Great room, plenty big enough for a city break. Although the accommodation now does not include breakfast-there is a little café directly under the hotel for breakfast, coffees & light snacks. Which is only small but adequate with a little outdoor seating & chairs inside. We had breakfast prior to going out for the day. Accommodation is only 5-10 minutes walk to the centre & tourist attractions . Fresh towels were provided daily, there is a hairdryer, small fridge and decent ensuite with shower. Great large king size bed. Wi Fi too

Wasn't that easy to find as our google map got us lost. However, it is only literally 7 x ins from the station in Florence

Very close to the train station and nearby attractions. In a safe area and I like how you have to use a key fob in order to enter the building. That definitely made us feel more safe. Our room was very clean, had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was clean and overall just a very great place to stay for a good price! The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back to Florence and stay here again!

Everything was great.

Room was very nice and well air conditioned (it was very hot outside!). The location is excellent, near train/bus station, all major museums, and good restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere of interest all week. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luigi scheduled a 4am taxi to take us to the airport and that worked perfectly.

Only a small maintenance issue...the blackout curtains did not operate properly...should be repaired.

What i like: 1. Great Location, located near Santa Maria Novella Firenze Centrale (400 M, 5 Minutes Walk), next to grocery store and lot of café and resto near hotel. 2. Room is not big, but cozy, well furnish, and have comfy bed. 3. Near to Firenze Cathedral (8 Minute walk 600 M) and easy to strolling around. To Ponte Vecchio it took time 15 Minute walk (1,2 Km). And it took time 10 Minute walk to The Mall Firenze Bus stop 4. It has Air Con, and good room temperature 5. The staff is friendly and nice Will be back again, its a recommended hotel

1. when we arrived at the hotel, we were a bit confused to enter the hotel, because when ring the bell there is no answer, so we have to call the hotel, Luckily we already buy Italy SIM Card 2. Because located at main street, a little bit noisy.

Spacious clean room, excellent value for money. Excellent central location. Less than five minute walk from train station also. A great stay in Florence!

Great accomodation at an affordable price. Perfect location in the heart of Florence and a short 5 minute walk from the train station. Easy to find and communication from staff was excellent! Rooms are far more spacious than I anticipated and there is easy access with a lift. Highly recommend for anyone looking for accomodation in Florence 😊

Nice and clean, and central to the centre of Florence (Florence cathedral is approx a 5 min walk from the hotel), and close to the train station Also has air con in the room which was definitely required and housekeeping were there daily to make the bed/change the sheets. Towels were changed every 2-3 days Staff were always nice & attentive with any questions we had

Water pressure and water temp was variable- water definitely on the cooler side but as it was warm weather when we visited (33-39C) it wasn’t too bad for the week! Bed was a little too firm for my liking but again for the week was fine!

We happened to be in a very quiet room just down the hall, which was separated from the rest of the rooms. The room was ok in terms of space, there was a looong corridor connecting the bedroom to the bathroom, which created a sense of spaciousness. The bathroom was also ok in terms of size. Nothing too fancy, but everything was kept clean every day. The towels were changed and the floor was swept every day. The best thing about the stay was the location - literally a 10-min walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, as well as a rich variety of really good restaurants (including Simbiosi (Organic Pizza and Past), which is a must-try. There is a very convenient cafe just below the hotel, a supermarket 2-min away from the place and another very delicious bakery.

The bed and the pillows were not not as comfortable as we wished. Also, the TV was mounted to the wall in such a way, that it made it somewhat difficult getting from one end of the bedroom to the other. This may have been something particular for our room, so not a big deal.
