This hotel was near to the train station and our room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and hot shower with wonderful water pressure! The staff was very kind and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location is pure perfection! You couldn't hear anything from the main road, which is so surprising and the decor finishes were so lovely! We booked a bigger room due to suitcases and it made a world of a difference as they were not in the bedroom which meant we had loads of space. It was also great when you had loads of shopping, so you can just drop it off and head back out again once you have cooled down. All amenities were there, and shower space was fab. We really enjoyed our stay:)

I sadly had to do some work whilst there, and we battled a bit with the wifi. I normally wouldn't mind as I like to disconnect whilst on holiday, but work and the wifi had other plans;). The bed is more a double/queen size over a king. I didn't check the bed specs and just assumed it was king based on the room size. These are minor in the bigger scheme of things but may affect others, hence why mentioning.

Pleasantly surprised with this stay! The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the city before our room was ready. They also provided a map of the city and recommended some sight seeing options. The location is perfect with the market literally being steps away from the front door to the hotel. Super convenient to wan anywhere in the city or hop back on the train. The room itself was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The room had everything (even more) than we needed for our stay. I appreciate the many locked doors on the property as well with one in the main building entrance, the hallway and then again your room. It felt very secure and safe. Nice view of the city from the bedroom window too! We will definitely be staying here when we return to Florence.

Only thing I would have changed is the comfortability of the bed. It was a bit hard for my liking but obviously that’s just personal preference.

the stay was amazing! the room is huge, modern and very clean, the staff is extremely kind and the location was more than perfect. the breakfast bar is super close, pretty and the staff there is very nice. I would definitively stay here again!

one very small thing (not essential but would make the stay even better): upgrade the tvs to smart tvs for netflix/music... I feel that the bnb is very modern and young so this small change would really make it perfect

Easy checkin, easy to find and very close to public transport where we got off from tram The location is close to everything you have to see and the area is full of shops. Friendly staff, they helped us all the way to check in. The room was clean and had everything in it, we just stayed for a night and it was ok.

The breakfast is at a caffee nearby and is not exactly a continental one. You get a coffee, a small sandwich and a small pastery. I'm the kind that eats alot in the morning so it was a bummer for me but ok. The room seemed pretty small but again for one night it was enough

Lovely decor and great location to base ourselves in the city. The bathroom and room were large so we had lots of space. Breakfast at the local cafe was the best part about it so I would recommend adding that into your stay.

Aircon was not great which was ok since it was cooler when we went to Florence but in hotter times it would have been uncomfortable. The bed was also not very comfortable so we did not sleep too well on the two nights we stayed.

well appointed, icy cold A/C, great location with a view. it was my oasis from the heat and a great spot to relax after sight seeing all day. it had everything I needed including a hair dryer! there was an elevator and I loved the option to punch in a code for all the doors!

the breakfast was a bit inconvenient (located two blocks away) and didn’t start till 7:30 so if you have any early tours (which I did) you miss out on breakfast. the property itself was fantastic.

We loved our stay in Florence! The location is excellent. It is walking distance from the train station and most other attractions. There is a market across the street which is great for a quick bite to eat or to purchase groceries or souvenirs. The staff here are wonderful. They are all very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. The room was cleaned well every day, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The room was a perfect size for 2 adults and a child. High ceilings, and large windows with great views of the city. We loved it!

Nothing really. However, if you are a light sleeper, you may be bothered by some noise on the street at night. Most nights were very quiet. However, one night during our stay there was a bit of noise on the street below. This did not bother us at all. Anyone who has ever lived in a big city is fine with a bit of noise here and there.

Security, we felt very safe The location is great, everything is around n easy access to everywhere Very clean n organized space.

We had 1 luggage each and had very limited space, felt tight at times. Bedroom needs more light at night, was a bit dark n lamps were not enough. Full size mirror in bedroom, would be great. Because of space, beds were on the small side.

Great location, very close (but not too close) to the train station for our last night in Italy (easy walk with bags and kids). Nice breakfast provided just down the street (coffee, juice, pastry, small sandwich). The round corner room was spacious, with a big round bed and cute bunks for the kids. Could see the top of the Duomo from the window. Remote check-in was hassle-free.
