The location was great, lovely little bakery right down the street, with amazing fresh pastries every morning. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Quiet, well equipped kitchenette.

It's on the top floor with no lift so it was a hike up the stairs but only felt like a big deal since we were walking all day. The electric is turned off when you leave the apartment which means it's warm when you come back but the air conditioner does do a quick job of cooling things down. Shower stall was a bit small, fine for us since we are on the slight side but could be a problem for a talker, larger person.

The location Is great, just 10 minutes from the train station.

The owner is not very nice, she never answered me and when we arrived she said I didnt pay. We paid for the cleaning and they never change the towels or took out the garbage. We were there 5 days, imagine the garbage of those days. We solved it.

The property was near the city center. Easy walking distance to all sites and the train station. Good restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance.

The property didn’t have a lift. It did have 6 flights of stairs that you have to drag heavy bags up. It did teach me to never take a large bag when traveling internationally, just in case of stairs and getting on and off trains. My big bag is now retired.

This place it’s perfectly located near to several metro stations and bus stations as well. It was really big with a lot of space and we have all the necessary accommodations and amenities. Was clean and comfortable, with a lot of things to use, like bath soap, dish soap, cooking spices, ice on the fridge, simple things like that to have make your life easier than other places.

The toilet was licking.

Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the center. Rooms are comfy with air conditioning.

The price doesn't match the place, it's a regular apartment and the price was almost 160 a night. No complimentary coffee or tea.

I initially reserved one night but than i extended my stay for 5 extras nights , the studio is essential but provided with everything necessary , very very centric , the place is clean

the lady does not speak an amazing english but for what is necessary is more than enough :-)

Cheap and cheerful. Clean. Great location. Good value for the price. Safe.

Nothing negative to say. You got what you paid for. Our next overnight stay is in a 4 star hotel but that’s costs 4 x the price. If you’re on a budget you can’t go wrong here.

Everything was great , i reserved a guelfa studio and i got it :-) i don't understand why in some reviews other people writes that the address is not reported cause in the confirmation of reservation booking.com clearly speficies it

Good place to stay while in Florence, we were attending the MotoGp event and it was a good base. Short walk to the train station and the town centre. Nice outdoor area in the unit to enjoy as well.

The door on the shower would not seal, every shower resulted in a wet bathroom floor

The person who met us to hand the keys was kind. The property was so clean/tidy. It is very near the city's main attractions by walking. Accessible. Plenty of places to eat, very near the mercado centrale and train station. Neighborhood is good. Will recommend...
