The property is well located. It is literally near all the landmarks of Florence. Very near the Leather Market, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, train station, etc. Everything is within walking distance. We booked the loft-style apartment. The size of the apartment is good enough for a family of five. My family and I like the property. It has a courtyard where you can hang out. The staff are helpful and friendly. They respond to your inquiries promptly. We are very happy with our stay in this property. We will definitely stay here again the next time visit Florence. We will also recommend this property to our family and friends.

The water pressure is not strong enough, especially in the shower room. The entrance of the parking is very narrow. You will scratch your car entering the garage if you are not an expert driver.

its a real challenge to get here and park easily with the construction and ztl concerns. the hotel gave excellent directions but i wa still nervous abt doing something wrong and getting fined the airconditioner was upstairs and off. i didnt see it and thought there wasnt one so we went hours being hot and miserable. in middle of the night i got up to complain because i couldnt take it anymore. with the light on my phone i found it as a small wall unit upstairs. after that we were comfy and happy.

The front desk staff (all of the staff) were absolutely superb. The place was easy to find, and close to the train station. The breakfast was delicious, but for the cost, not worth it. Lots of food nearby. The the Mercato Centrale was a block away. So much to see and eat. But a person of reasonable fitness could walk to anywhere in the city center.

Beds. They were pretty subpar for my liking. My kids were fine with them, but I’m kind of a bigger dude and they were too thin for me. Oh, and only one comfortable chair in the unit.

Great location and room! Location was very close to Firenze SMN Train Station (a 5 minute walk at most). Tons of great restaurants, gelato, and shopping. Room was off a courtyard and had 2 floors, with just the bedroom upstairs and a bathroom, entry hall, kitchen, and living room downstairs. A/C kept the room cool, bed was comfy. Were great about asking if you wanted to store luggage there before leaving (after checkout) and volunteered where the bathroom was when you came back to get it. Super friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed more than one night.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was on the first floor and the bedroom was on the second floor. Made going to the bathroom during the night a little tricky.

The room was perfect for a group of 5 and ensured ample space for all of us. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location of the property was convenient to get to and from the train station. Breakfast was a simple fare of some pastries, hotdogs and scrambled eggs.

There was only one bathroom in the room which was a little tricky for a group our size. Also, it was a pity that we had to pay additional to use the kitchen facilities in the room. Perhaps it might be worth considering to increase the nightly rate and already include the kitchen facilities in the charges.

The room is big enough and clean. Breakfast is great. Location is also super convenient. Lots of choices of restaurants and there are street vendors in a market nearby. The stuff they are selling are super cheap and nice. This is managed like a hotel. There is front desk people working from 9am to 9pm I think. Also the room will be cleaned everyday.

The shower room could be bigger.

Great location, and especially feeling safe while there’s still out side door. Delicious breakfast and staffs are all very kind. Do really feel like home.

I guess I still not get use to the style of hotel amenities in Europe. I prepared my own tooth brush set and shower gel, shampoo but not a slipper with me and it’s very hard to find one nearby. Please remember to take a slipper with you.
