Confortable and clean is very centrical.

The room is facing Via de’Martelli street. The windows are not isolated at all and you will be all night hearing songs, drunk people and the garbage truck.

Loved the location - seconds from the Duomo and a 15 minute walk from the train station meaning you’re near all the action of Florence or not far from it. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly too.

The only downside for us, which was a catch 22 situation, is that our room looked out onto the main strip and meant we heard the bins being emptied every morning around 6am by the local waste management team. We also heard all trucks and vans who passed by this area too. This wasn’t in the control of the hotel but did mean we woke up rather early every morning. You may be able to request a room away from the main strip and avoid this.

The location of this hotel honestly could not have been more perfect, so central on a beautiful little piazza, walking distance to central markets, the main tourist attractions and many restaurants and cafes. Despite its central location it was beautiful and quiet and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I’m addition unlike a lot of Italian accomodation their was an elevator making getting our luggage up and down as well as our pram/baby super easy.

Their air conditioner was average, not terrible but not nice and cold due to its location behind the curtains which when shut at night blocked it’s air flow.

The location of hotel is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and big with view to the main street via Martelli. Good to have a morning coffee! The main attraction is easy reachable around the hotel. Very close to Pallazzo Medicci Ricardi and Duomo. Many good restaurants around. Especially I would like to note a restaurant Bucca Nicollini near the hotel.

The bathroom could be more comfortable and larger. The prices everywhere in Florence are very high.

I could write about Martelli for days. Got off the train from Bologna after staying in a underwhelming hotel, easy walk from the station, you arrive near the cathedral and you are blown away, just a short turn left and you are at the door of the suites. Greeted by a very helpful gentleman, we where early and he was very happy to store our bags. Came back to check in when our friends arrived, easy and informative check in. Rooms are a delight, clean, tidy and well equipped. Was unpacking when a classical street singer voiced up outside, opened the window, what a vocal treat and to see the cathedral too, was soon in love with the location. I could not recommend Martelli Suites enough, I will be back and have already recommended to friends.

Great location! we stayed at the President's suite and the windows opened up on Duomo! great view, spacious room, big walk-in closet. Staff was helpful -they managed to give us the room sooner than check-in time because we had a 4 year old which was super helpful. Everything is so close to this hotel, there is Eataly downstairs, couple of good restaurants, a bank and a grocery store all within 2 mins walk from the place. It looked pretty clean and nice.

The only downside the place had were the beds and pillows that were very hard and uncomfortable. I had hard time falling asleep in such a hard bed. I would expect a great bed in a Presidential Suite.

Location was fabulous!!!! Rooms were beautiful, large and clean.

Rented 4 appartments for 12 people. I booked specific number of beds for each room and had the printed out confirmations. But we're were missing a twin bed for our 14 year old and evening female staff lost her temper because we needed our bed. She said that the reservation ment a crib not a bed. This was not made clear at booking ever. We got the bed the next day. So 3 slept in the king bed the first night. Also the air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms !

Probably the largest room I’ve stayed in so far. Living room with kitchenette, separate bedroom, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. We had mansard room, so small windows in rooms and “oculus” in shower - nice touch 🤌 elevator in the building to get to the room and breakfast hall. Location is 10/10, right by the Duomo, and you get woken up by the bells

Wifi was out, had to call technician to fix it 🙄 Also 1 key per room, questionable policy and inconvenience for group travellers

Location. You don’t spend time away from all points of interest within the city center. The newness and the cleanliness of the suite was amazing

No option for breakfast. No complimentary water bottle after day 1. Elevator too small No AC due to Italian laws depending on the month you travel. Remotes were not provided and I didn’t know about the law. For family of 4, suites with two bathrooms would be great.
