The location was great do many things surrounding you shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy you are in the center Room was good the bed actually was comfy and large size, its quiet room no bothering annoying sounds and noises the only thing you will hear is the Cathedral bells, Bathroom was good as well you got the bidet . the shower box is nice, The water pressure is great, The air condition was great you get to control it yourself, very nice Balcony on Duomo Cathedral of Santa Maria view, The host even serve a fresh croissant in a fabric bag hanging on your doorknob at 8 am ( see pics ) , They have a fast WIFI .. I do have to mention the hosts are super friendly and you feel they are like a family :) Thanks for having us . Well as most Europe there are no handheld bidet Spayer I wish they all start installing as an extra option it won't cost a thing, in our Apartment bathroom there was no banio only shower box which is enough for us but also no handheld shower installed only a large shower fixed on top see pics last thing the TV was a bit small :) ملاحظه البيدي متوفر و لا يوجد شطاف

Location is wonderful! Located directly across from the Duomo our room had a beautiful view. Walking distance to everything. Staff was wonderful and the best surprise was the bag of fresh baked croissants left on the front door every morning at 8:30. Very comfortable and very clean. If you get a chance go up to the 4th floor skyview where you will have breathtaking views and photo ops of the Duomo.

It was difficult to find. It’s a small entrance located next to Mister Pizza.

Large room. Friendly staff. Close to everything.

Our in the front had double pane windows. Late at night, the crowd outside was still too loud. 2 am celebrating. We also had a room in the back, no noise

Location, location, location. The apartment was huge, equipped with everything you would need and in the dead middle of Florence. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

The staff at the Granduomo went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. Chiara and Blanca helped us with dinner reservations and ordering a taxi. Our kitchenette was stocked with everything we needed....water, Prosecco, juice, yogurt, milk, and more! Fresh croissants were delivered to the door each evening. The location could not be better, and the room was luxurious.

This has nothing to do with the Hotel, but it is sad Florence has become so very, very crowded. The intense crowds sadly took away from some of the pleasure. However, we were two of the tourists, so we really don't have a right to complain. When visiting Florence, would recommend finding the least crowded time to go....not sure when that is.

It was absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony cannot be beat! The staff were wonderful people! So friendly and over and above what I expected.

Unfortunately there was a drain problem in the shower as the drain was not sealed properly and I fell resulting in an injury to my back that completely ruined the rest of my vacation. The first time, I left it out for the cleaning person to notify the office but it was only put back unsecured so I fell during the second shower thinking it was fixed. Other than ruining the rest of my vacation, it was a wonderful place to stay

In addition to the location, there is so much to highlight regarding our recent stay at GCA (Grand Charming Accommodation). While we spent most of the time off property during our short two night stay, our time in the apartment and the common areas was fabulous. The living room/library was a comfortable place for a quick break and espresso (or limoncello!) coming or going to our apartment. The enclosed rooftop area features a surprise view of the Duomo and was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of touring. The decor of the house is quirky but gives the spaces a unique and 'charming' personality. Our apartment was large, clean, comfortable and offered many amenities including a small kitchen that was stocked with light snacks, fresh fruit and items to make coffee and tea. Each morning fresh croissants were delivered to the door - a welcomed touch! Highly recommend.

The per night cost is pricey, however, you cannot beat the central location and proximity to the main treasures of Florence.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—right outside the door is the Florence Cathedral. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient as well. Our flight arrived in Florence late at night, but after contacting the hotel a day in advance, they immediately provided a solution, and everything went smoothly. The room feels more like an apartment, with a separate kitchen and bedroom, much more spacious compared to some of the narrow hotels in the area. The decor is somewhat vintage, it’s very cozy and charming, and the cleanliness is excellent. Every morning, there’s breakfast with fresh fruit, milk, and juice. I always enjoy visiting Florence, but this time was the best because I stayed at the most delightful hotel. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Florence!

Great position. The bedding is super comfortable. The quality of pillows (down and feather) made our 2 nights perfect. Unfortunately, most of the other 4-5 star hotels in Europe did not have similar pillows with such high quality as this apartment. As tourists, we need great sleep after day trips - all we need is a comfortable bed and pillows or else the next day will be tired and could not enjoy the next trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We cooked breaky and were in a rush to go on a day trip so we planned to wash the dishes, pot, and pan when we came back. Amazing to see the kitchen was clean. We would highly recommend other tourists to stay here.

A haven of quiet and tranquility right in the centre of Florence. The people running the place were so kind and helpful. Facilities are excellent with good linen, kitchenette and tea/coffee/milk/juice/fruit provided - even fresh croissants every morning! We had an accident with a glass of red wine which spilled down a wall and over the tablecloth. We offered to pay for damage but our hosts would not dream of it - we are so grateful for their kindness. Charming accommodation indeed, but also charming people... highly recommended!

Nothing more could be expected.
