Long story short, I'll plan my next travel according to available dates of De Biffi, to ensure that I'll explore the beautiful city Florence under perfect conditions. We had the incredible experience staying at this hotel in Florence. - The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and landmarks. - The breakfast served at the hotel was exceptional. We were expecting a simple breakfast menu, but it was outstanding. (check the photos!) - The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Very nice balcony that you can feel the city. Starting the day with breakfast on the balcony was a delightful and elegant experience. - Outstanding hospitality provided by Andrea, the host. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything needed and was always available to assist us. Even after we checked out, Andrea continued to offer his support and guidance. We were so impressed with the hotel and Florence that we wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. However, Andrea helped us to find another place to stay, even secured a discounted rate. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The perfect location, exceptional service, and delightful ambiance make it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Florence.

I couldn't name anything I didn't like. However, this is not a issue for us, and it seems that staff are willing to adjust their working hours to accommodate our needs, note that in-hotel reception is not available 24/7, but the staff is exceptionally helpful and responsive to messages and phone calls, which is generally satisfactory for most visitors I believe.

The owner, Andre, is very friendly and welcoming. He gave us a detailed walk through of the facilities and provided us with many recommendations on where to visit and the best way to get to places. The property is in the center of the tourist area, with only 2 minutes walk to the Piazza del Duomo. I have very much enjoyed having everything (tourist attractions, restaurants, markets) all within 10 minutes walk. You can travel anywhere by foot. Attached photos are places a short walk away from the accommodation. The air conditioner worked effectively to cool the room even on consecutive 39 degrees days. The shower is spacious enough for me to bend over to wash my feet. It also has plenty of storage areas for face wash etc. The breakfast service is top of its class. You just need to let the lady in the kitchen know what you want, and it will be delivered to your room. The selection is surprisingly great and of excellent quality too. During my stay I have been served fruit juice, coffee, muffins, fresh fruits, yoghurt, scrambled eggs with bacon, and sandwiches. It definitely sets you off to a great start of the day. We do especially appreciated Andre for letting us store our luggage for 5 days while we went on day trips to Cinque Terre and Siena. In addition, we left the international power adapter in the room when we headed for our short trip. Gladly, it was easy to contact the accommodation to confirm that they found it and will left with our luggage for us to collect when we are back. it's one of the best stays in my 2 months of travel so far. We will definitely stay here again.

You can't flaw this place. Nothing to complain with.

A lovely little B and B tucked away close to many of the attractions. The room was private and comfortable with a great bed and bathroom. The hosts were lovely and provided us with extra pillows and omlettes for breakfast on request as we wernt into pastries for breakfast and needed to work around being gluten free. It was a great stay on a budget and I especially thank the lovely lady who looked after us for breakfast and was so patient with my non existent Italian.

The water pressure was poor if you were taking a shower in the morning when other rooms were taking one at the same time.

Extremely lange and luxurious room, stonethrow away from the Duomo. Very friendly and flexible host, checkin went smooth. Great acoustics for an acoustic guitar.

Note to myself, and future travellers: if you're silly enough to visit a historical centre by car prepare yourself better. Make a reservation for parking in advance, and beware you're entering a ZTL zone. You need a certificate, a telepass worked for us.

Perfect B&B in every way. A home from home with extra little touches. Andrea, the owner, is so attentive and helpful. Always cheery, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was prepared each morning by Lathea, who always had a smile for you. She also had to endure our bad Italian but also with a smile. The room was lovely and big and beautifully clean. A lovely traditional Italian 3-4 storey terraced style building . High ceilings and traditional features - just what we wanted. Would definitely recommend it for its charm, cleanliness. Not forgetting its easy accessibility to all that Florence has to offer.

Having to go home after such a short break.

Very nice. This is a B and B, but so nice. When I arrived I was a bit discourage because I've never stayed in a B and B before but once I was there and the staff was so proffesional and helpful I was very comfortable. This location is fantastic is just around The Duomo or Santa Maria Del Fiore, all the best attractions are walking distance, I was walking to Piazza de la Señoria almost everyday and finding you way back it was easy, just find The Duomo and you'll find B and B Di Biffi. Everything I need it was resolved inmediately. In the evenings when they were not there, it was not a problem they were one phone call away. When we departed they had prepared sandwiches and some sweets for our train trip, we were going to another city. The place is nice, the staff is superb and the location, unbeatable. I loved it 😊👍

B&B de Biffi is in an incredible location! One of our family members had mobility issues, so the location was incredibly helpful for allowing us to explore Florence from our doorstep! The rooms were spacious, bright, and lovely. We had a quadruple room and a double room and both were wonderful. The beds for the children (11 and 7) in the quadruple room were lovely and the staff prepared a light breakfast for us each day, with delicious coffee/cappuccino. I would absolutely recommend this property to all travellers as we had ages ranging from 7-85, and it worked for everyone. I will also note, the rooms were nice and quiet as it is situated nicely on a side street.

We loved our stay, just wished breakfast was available a little earlier than 830AM as we had tours booked for two of our days in Florence. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Everything about the room met or exceeded our expectations. Bed and bathrooms well appointed, wonderful natural light during the day. Location convenient for sight seeing and for access to the train station. Tons of local markets and restaurants that met all of our needs. We were traveling with our 10- and 15- year old girls and they both had plenty of space to claim for their own.

Our room was right near the entrance so it could be noisy at times, but not to the point that it was particularly bothersome.

Location is superb and excellent, just at the back side of the cathedral, and is not too close to hear night life. Room is very wide and clean. Bathroom is wide and comfortable. I can definetly recommend this hotel.

Generally you should be prepared that this hotel and as whole Florence are expensive copmaring to other italian cities.

Excellent location. Large, spacious room. Delicious breakfast that was very generous.

The bed was very firm, which I found harder to sleep on but some people might prefer it.
