Well located and lovely big rooms with everything you need although facilities were a bit dated.

Check in process is a bit of a nightmare. You have to check into a hotel not in the location of the apartments. A bit annoying walking back and forth through Florence. Having someone check you in by the apartments would have changed my rating to excellent.

Location is excellent! Right on Piazza della Repubblica! One of the best places to stay in to explore Florence by walking. Taxi stand too right below. Staff very helpful .

The room interiors are dated and could do with refurbishing. Very basic .

that it had a refrigerator, and dishes and cutlery 

that there was no dish towels to wash your dishes and dry them. also, the floor is heaved up in many spots and needs repair as it can cause an accident. 

Even though more than 3 days have passed, they still did not release the block of the money on my credit card ...

Check in (at a different location) was clearly explained and the staff member who showed us to and around the property we'd be staying at was super sweet and friendly! We were also allowed to store our luggage at the hotel after check out. Location was great! 5-10 minute walk from most attractions, and the Piazza had live music at night which we could sit and listen to by our balcony. It was the perfect place to stay in such a charming city :)

Music in the square goes on late at night and might be a bit loud if you're planning on going to bed earlier.

Thanks for the good experience. We stayed for couple of nights at the hotel and it was all good. The room was not small and actually bigger than I expected, so it is definitely a positive thing. It is not that modern apartment, but it is cheaper than other options. Toilet and bathroom were not fancy, but definitely fine. The room was clean, hot water for the shower, very good assistants and receptionists, amazing location that was ideal for our trip.

One problem was about the AC – you cannot use it if you are not in the room. Another problem is that checkin was in another place, but that is not that big of deal. Checkout you just leave the keys there and that’s it. Overall good experience. I can definitely recommend it for the good location!

right in the middle of the square and the city. great location and well stocked with kitchen items. Dinner and shopping options steps away, and the old building is charming.

Not recommended if anyone has mobility difficulties because there are some stairs to negotiate before you reach the elevator. It was tricky with the larger luggage. Bath wasn’t stocked with any toiletries. Having to check in at another location was a little confusing. Recommend that those instructions include the name of the other hotel and not just the address, because there are a few businesses at that address.

EURO' currency required on arrival. It was mentioned but it was deep in the email and I did not see it. There is a requirement for a City Tax that must be paid in Euro upon arrival. We arrived late, and did not have any Euro. It made for an uncomfortable position for Us and the Hotel Staff. Suggest the need to cover the City Tax on arrival in Cash be more advertised. The staff worked with us. They were nice about it.

Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We had a big bed, a couch, a dining table with chairs, and a nice wardrobe with drawers and hangers. The kitchenette was adorable and could be folded away into a large closet. The facilities included a stovetop, a fridge, and a kitchen sink as well as a few pots, pans, cutlery and plates. The bathroom was very nice as well. The whole place was very clean and the air conditioner was amazing. Our view was absolutely spectacular of the Piazza della Repubblica and we could see Brunelleschi's Dome and Giotto's Campanile from our window. Every evening we could hear the bells of Florence and the music from the square. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and let us know we could call if we needed anything. We ended up leaving our bags in reception to get a few more hours in Florence. We were told we could leave them as long as we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back as soon as we can.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Location - perfect. Right on the city centre. Spacious apartment and clean.

Considering this is an apartment, we expected there to be an iron board and clothes iron plus some shower gels and basic toiletries (only 2 small soaps and 2 small shampoo sachets were provided!). Some water and coffee would have been welcome to refresh us on arrival.
