We have visited Florence several times. This accommodation was in the perfect location with food and entertainment right out the door. It is on the 6th floor but there is a tiny elevator, like most of Europe. You had to climb about 3 steps to a landing, then about 8 steps to another small landing and then two more to the elevator. That is important to know for people who have a difficult time walking. The room was large and the shower had good pressure. The host had all we needed for our stay. The bed was firm, but perfect for us. It was also very quiet. Breakfast consisted of croissants, toast, juices and delicious coffee, just enough for a good start to the day.The owner, Danny, was very helpful and a gracious host. Right outside the door were great restaurants as well as evening singers on the plaza. You will be very close to the Duomo, great shopping, the leather market, the best museums and the Ponte Vecchio. (Also, a few good Irish pubs!) For a perfect location at a good price and a very good host, this is a great find!

Some first time Americans find something wrong everywhere they go in Europe. Sure things are different, foreign and or smaller than what most Americans are used to, but we could find nothing to complain about. Our grandson is 11 and he loved it, too! Location and value are two very good things to be grateful for at this place!

The room and bathroom was beautiful, clean and cool. The owner was lovely, very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived in town early before check-in time. The location was wonderful as well!

There was not breakfast, but honestly we forgot to ask about it so this was probably on us. Either way, it didn't put a damper on our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, on a main square, right between Ponte Vecchio and the Cathedral, 15 min walk from the main train station. Very comfortable beds, with good mattresses. The room was spacious, with high ceilings. shared restroom was very clean and the shower was hot. We visited in December and the room was well heated. The host was very welcoming, we wished we could stay longer.

Be ready for a very small elevator to get to the B&B and you need to communicate with the host your arrival time upfront as it is not very obvious from the outside what to do when you get to the building. there is a bell you will need to ring but the entrance is shared with dozens of other businesses, I got confused first what to do.

The room was in an excellent location, right in Piazza della Repubblica, however it faced towards the back and was very quiet. The staff was very friendly as well. The BnB itself is small and modest, without any real common areas, but the room was super comfortable, quite large with high ceilings and air conditioning (which was a nice addition for the summer heat!). For reference, it was a triple. It was very reasonably priced for its location and I would say it is a hidden gem for solo or couple travelers not looking for a basic place to sleep comfortably in the center.

Location is very central and very close to train station, just 10 minute walk away. A lot of major monuments are just close by. I managed my trip without using public transport. Bed was comfortable, wifi free, washroom big enough. facilities were clean.

Hotel was bit hard to find. A bell near by hotel rings at 7am which can break your sleep. Also there are restau/bar downstairs which are quite noisy. Lift is quite outdated/ancient lol

Fantastic location (can’t get any better), owner friendly, welcoming and accommodated all our requests, breakfast was sizeable (pastries excellent especially the pistachio cream!, eggs, toast, juice, good coffee), room and bathroom clean and spacious (simple but worked for us), easy access with elevator, comfortable temperature, no noise from other guests.

Fantastic location! Was very easy to walk everywhere around Florence from this spot! Some reviews mentioned it was loud at night but our room was super quiet during our stay, didn’t hear anything going on outside in the square!

The host was very helpful and friendly and got us checked in and oriented quickly. The room was a standard room with 3 soft beds. The shared bathroom was across the hall. The property is located on Piazza Della Republicca which was very lively the first day of 2022. It is two blocks down and one block over from the Duomo and two blocks up from the Piazza Vecchio with easy access to Ponte Vecchio! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only issue was parking but it's something I should have researched more before the stay. Great location, lots of interesting sites nearby and great restaurants, shopping, entertainment just steps away from the door. Small elevator available up a few steps from the lobby.

The parking was a bit of a mess. I should have asked sooner and could not read my e-mails (my provider's fault) while on the road. It is in central old Florence which is almost all 1-way, access restricted streets. We eventually found a garage and just parked and took a cab. It was an addition $60 added to our trip to pay the cab both ways and then pay parking. The host had suggested closer parking but we didn't get the message until after we left. Taxi will drop you off at one corner of the Piazza and there is a taxi stand on the other.

Excellent location for our excursions. Excellent breakfast with a variety of items and drinks. Most of all, everything was clean!

Although the hotel showed signs of wear, our needs were satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay in the very istoric center of the town. The host was very nice. The bed was realy good for our back. There are a lot of tratorias, caffe and supermarket in the area.
